avoid. our bookings were done money was transfered and rooms were sold out when we reached hotel with family of senior citizen and minor child. it was very bad on there part. location is good. but not worth the price and this was wrong to take money and not sell the rooms to someone else in season. they could have informed early. because of that our trip was spoiled and our time was wasted and we had to book other hotel which was far from temple paying double the amount. AVOID.

Stayed at this property from 1/10 to 03/10--3 nights. Right from the time of booking, Mr. Sehaj singh, the owner, helped us in selecting the room knowing tha 3 senior citizens will be staying. After checking in, Mr, singh was always there to help in any manner. The hotel arranged for a pick up from the airport and provided a can for our trip to wagha border. All staff members were also very helpful. Our room was clean and well arranged with a view of the golden Temple. Mr. Singh also helped us in finding some famous eating joints of the city. At sapphire, we always felt at home. This property is highly recommended for those who want home comfort, with such close proximity to the golden Temple.

This hotel is located just outside the golden temple complex. You can just walk through the gates from this site. Wonderful view from the terrace. Clean property and friendly staff! Good value for money!!!

Terrible service! We waited all morning for a cup of tea which never came. Harrassed we left for the day. The rooms are very small. Bedding is dirty and unsanitary. The mattress is so hard you’ll have a backache for days. The only positive thing was close distance to golden temple but there are so many nearby, not worth your money!!!

USP of this hotel is the view of the Golden Temple from their terrace! The hotel is clean. Quadruple room was spacious, bathroom clean. Location was very close to the temple. In fact, our cab driver did try to act smart & say that the taxi cannot go upto the hotel steps & there was a little non cooperation from the morning staff due to which we had to go directly for wagah border without doing ch check-in. But the cab can access the hotel. Food can be ordered from outside. I give it 5 star for the view from the terrace

The best budget stay around golden temple one can find. Neat and clean property with excellent staff and services and a mesmerising view of the golden temple from the terrace just makes this a perfect place for your stay in Amritsar!

Hotel is located just next to Golden Temple and can be viewed from some of their rooms and their terrace. Ideal for someone looking to take a stroll around the temple premises and the buzzing market. However rooms are small and commercial vehicles are not allowed within 500 metres radius of Golden Temple. So guests with luggage will have to leave their car in the parking lot and take E-Rikshaw to reach this hotel.

Positives of this hotel is that it is very near to Golden temple. My parents could not walk much so I booked this hotel. If you do not mind walking then, within 10 minutes walk there are plenty of other options. Please note, hotel itself is not wheelchair accessible. You would need to climb 8 or so stairs to get to reception, which itself can be an issue for old folks. Rooms have no windows. Felt claustrophobic as no fresh air in the rooms. Pictures are very deceiving.. It was not worth the price.
