Good hotel as the prices are also very pocket freindly for budget traveller pleasent stay was perfect for me building is good need bit of interior renovation.

Horrible Horrible Horrible ! Dont get into trap and book this filthy, unhygienic hotel. It should be closed and get renovated or demolished. Rooms are filthy, dirty, spider webs, dirty bed sheets, dirt everywhere. Shower doesn't work , tap is in a bad shape, dirty bucket, poor condition. They dont even has basic amenities in the room. No phone in the room so you go down to ask for anything. No iron, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, Only pillow covers with hole. Filthy blanket. Electricity went off in the middle of the night and they take good 10-15 minutes to turn on the generator as per them. Flies everywhere ! Dirt everywhere!poor hotel. Dont book this hotel even for free ! Just walk 200 meters and there are tons of good hotels. It should not be a hotel and i don’t understand what check tourism of amritsar is doing.

It was an average experience as the receptionist was arrogant and couldn’t control her temperament while talking to the customer. She should have been more cordial and genuine.
