This hotel is very near to the railway station . They are family run business and they made you feel safe as a solo female traveller. The Golden temple is a bout 3km walk , I managed to walk there with the help of the locals every time I want to make sure I am on the right path . Google map is helpful the the road is a bit confusing. However , you can just get a tuk tuk outside the hotel . I paid 100 rupees for each ride .
The taxi from the airport cost me rupees $650 .
Overall I will still come back if I am alone.

I am not reccomented this hotel, showing new photos and his house but not get good rooms. Get wood room and no winto in bathroom and door

Great location but bedsheets were infested with bugs. Staff behavior was pleasant enough. We were supposed to check-in after 2pm but we reached amritsar by 9:30am and the hotel authority was kind enough to let us check in early. We noticed the bugs (white worm like) crawling under the pillows by the next morning and immediately requested fresh sheets, but they only provided us with the same by evening which was a little off putting. Apart from this incident, the stay was good enough. 5. 4

Average stay. Not worth if include breakfast. They serve one paratha &tea in breakfast. I paid 300 rs extra to include breakfast (single pratha & tea)
