Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Great location, 5 min walk to metro station, 10 min walk from free ferry, that will take you to the city center.

Hilton Garden Inn The Rim San Antonio TX 1. the room smelled of dirt HVAC. 2. No phone in Room 3. Furniture falling apart (time for a long overdue refresh) 4. Shower shelf missing 5. Shower handle dirty, 6. Light bulbs in room so low that you cannot read in room. 7. Electric sockets on lights will not charge phones. No charges ports in room. 8. The only positive was the vanity lights were bright enough to shave. My wife and i have stayed at this hotel for business and getaway over the years. It has taken a real nosedive now.

This hotel is the worst I have stayed at. It is not a 3-star hotel at all. If you want to use shoes in the bathroom because of the cold, book here! We put our water bottles in the bathroom to keep them chilled. The curtains had brown, textured stains, the bathroom shower curtain was moldy and had the previous residents hair all over the shower walls. We were not helped out with the room heating and had to figure out a trick for the "air-con" to blow the barley room temperature air out in the room. We had to buy slippers, fussy socks and new pyjamas because of the cold floor and air. The staff was unhelpful and a little unfriendly. Though the coffeeshop next door was the greatest relief! I would recommend Sam's coffee to anybody!!

While planning a special birthday celebration at One Ocean, I met Shannon. OMG, she was one of the most knowledgeable, patient and pleasant people I have ever dealt with while planning an event. After researching other hotels in the Ponta Vedra/Atlantic Beach area I decided to book One Ocean. In the age of "AI" this type of personal service is becoming a dying art. It was a joy to work with Shannon and I highly recommend One Ocean to others looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Stayed for one night. Basic hotel that meets your requirements, friendly & helpful front office staff. High on cleanliness, walking distance from metro and public transport. Good to have electric kettle, which is not provided. Recommended for short stays.

I much enjoyed the stay at iHotel. Friendly and helpful staff, good coffee and breakfast in the morning. The loft room is cute and clean. I was in Amsterdam for a long weekend away. It’s perfect to have a stay in a hotel which is not in the crowded city center. It is actually very easy to reach the city center in my opinion. In the morning, I took a walk (10+min) to the ferry and then took the ferry to the city, simply because I enjoy walking. I always took metro back to the hotel. You can get the tram and metro lines connected wherever you are in the city. The metro station is just about 5 min walking distance to the hotel. I will definitely choose iHotel again for my next visit in Amsterdam.

My stay at iHotel in October was fantastic! The service was outstanding, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was really tasty. The room was nice and clean, providing a great overall experience. I especially appreciated the fact that I could work comfortably in the breakfast area and order delicious coffee throughout the day, making my stay at iHotel even more enjoyable. I highly recommend iHotel for a comfy and convenient stay.

I wish I had looked into reviews across multiple platforms before booking. After the first night we discovered bed bugs, my arms and neck are now covered in bites. They moved us to another room and offered us free breakfast, which, by the general cleanliness of the place, I would not trust. Stained sheets and towels, clumps of hair in the beds, broken fixings etc. DO NOT STAY HERE.
