Good place and good staff ! Nice room and breakfast with a good quality

A clean and spacious room for a couple with two big luggage. A quiet hotel away from the busy main roads. The hotel is conveniently located near Amsterdam centraal. Tram/bus stop is just outside. Make it very convenient to move around and explore Amsterdam. The hotel staff are friendly and offer their help to the best of their ability. Just disappointed that I should have spent more days in Amsterdam and stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff, especially Sarah. Appreciate the late checkout at 1pm as it allows me to do my prayers before flying home. My choice hotel when I'm back in Amsterdam. Hopefully very soon. :)

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Great hotel with friendly staff.

I was accused of using cigarettes inside the room, which is not true, and they tried to withdraw from my credit card approximately 150€ without consulting me. Thank God, I was close to them. After the investigation, it turned out that I did not smoke only because they found empty cigarette packs in the trash, and they also promised me to release the security deposit of 50€. Unfortunately, they did not do that and lied that they were thieves Take care from him

Great location, about 8-10mins walk to Centraal Station. Clean room, great service!

Terrible hotel and service

有一點值得一提，房間冰箱幾乎沒什麼冷氣、衹能請求前台幫忙保存原本需要冷藏的葯品，還好最後解決了這個難題

Bien situé, mais la chambre vaut un 2 etoiles.

位置在中央車站行10分鐘左右，行去市中心同***都好近約5分鐘，附近好多餐廳。不過房間比較細，間隔好奇怪，帶上兩個喼的話唔夠位置開。床單有破爛。服務員都好好，好禮貌又健談。

호텔 위치가 휼륭합니다. 암스테르담 중앙역이랑 가까워서 여기저기 근교를 기차타고 다니기에 편했습니다. 트램 타는곳도 가까워서 트램타고 시내 구경하기에도 편했습니다. 체크인할때 보증금이랑 도시세 결제했는데, 보증금 환불이 많이 늦어지네요.

酒店check-in櫃檯的工作人員很友善，申請入會可以early check-in，房間很靜，稍為少一點，但是二人入住還可以，冬天房間比較凍，所以要預早時間開暖氣

位置非常好去哪裡都很方便。 前台小姐姐非常友善。送了小朋友一個小熊玩偶。每天進出都會親切的問候。 對於300多歐一晚的房價來説，房間稍微有點小。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，服務態度非常滿意
