The pool water here is super clean, and the staff are really friendly. They also offer bike rentals, which is super convenient. Most importantly, the rooms are clean—that’s the key thing. I totally recommend this place to everyone!

The location of this hotel was great. The staff were very efficient in helping us with whatever we needed. We booked a room for three people last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service considering that it was one of the more reasonable hotels around and so close to the city centre. Great place and great staff. I will definitely be adding this hotel to my favourite's list.

Room was modern and very spacious for 3 people, resulting in good stay. Very welcoming hotel and decent size swimming pool to relax in too. Other positives were the friendliness of the neighbourhood and the good transport links to the centre of Amsterdam.

Good place to stay in. Never found better nearby and takes 15 min ride to airport which is quite convenient😉

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Globalement, l’expérience a été correcte, mais certains points sont à améliorer pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles. Points négatifs : • Pas de chaussons ni de savon pour les mains en chambre, ce qui est surprenant pour ce standing. • Le Skybar était fermé durant tout notre séjour. • Les vélos en location sont hors de prix, surtout quand on constate qu’ils ne sont quasiment pas utilisés, alors qu’en ville les tarifs sont bien plus attractifs. • L’accès au spa est payant (5 €), ce qui devrait être inclus à ce niveau de gamme. • Nous avions réservé et payé pour un lit King Size, mais nous avons eu deux lits simples accolés, très inconfortable pour un couple. • Aucun espace fumeur : il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour fumer, même en prenant un café au bar, ce qui est peu pratique. Points positifs : • Bonne localisation, à seulement 30 minutes en tram direct de la gare centrale. • La station de tram est accessible à 8 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. • Chambre spacieuse, propre et offrant une très belle vue. En résumé, l’hôtel a du potentiel mais devrait corriger ces détails pour mieux correspondre à un vrai 4 étoiles.

Posizione strategica perché vicino alle fermate del tram 17 che porta nel centro di Amsterdam fino alla stazione centrale, si trova anche nelle vicinanze dela stazione ferroviaria LELYLAAN che collega la stazione centrale all'aeroporto. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere spaziose, servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia. Molto gradito il brindisi di benvenuto offerto, un buon vino bianco fresco e frizzante.
