Overall cleanliness was good and the location was convenient to travel around the city.

An amazing hotel for the price & a train stop right outside to the city centre, also a lot of things nearby such as Lidl & cafes, really nice rooms very modern. Only issue was the lack of service if we asked for something for the room they would tell us to come down to get it ourselves.

Check out in the morning we had an issue with checking out of the computer. No one spoke English or other languages and there was only one person that just so happened had started their shift. If we were to check out earlier like we had planned no one would had been able to help us.

Breakfast buffet has everything someone who hasn’t been to Europe for a year needs, gym’s equipped with enough. The staff is real helpful and with the tram in front of the hotel it is real easy to get to the center.

Not in the city verge but u hv a tram gng to d city. Clean and friendly staff.

Pretty close to the metro station, takes around 20 mins to the central Amsterdam. The room is pretty spacious and it’s pretty enough for two people.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was 2 years ago before the pandemic and everything went very well. The hotel is super clean and I love that the tram station is literally across the street. On the second stay, the hot water in the shower started malfunctioning but they did call a repairman to fix it that same night. Other than that, the stay went well. I also love the self check-in and options to do an early check-in for a small extra fee. The staff here are super nice even though they seem understaffed.

非常乾淨，周邊環境也還可以，很安靜，每天都有人打掃衞生。附近有一家中餐館和兩家超市，還是挺方便的

이 호텔에서 4박을 보냈습니다. 고층을(10층) 받아서 막힘 없는 뷰를 볼 수 있었고, 비행기도 가끔 볼 수 있었습니다. 트램 2호선이 바로 앞에 있어 시내와는 거리가 멀지만 이동에는 아무 문제 없었습니다. (컨택리스 카드 사용가능 약1.5유로, 센트럴) 룸은 사진과 같이 깔끔하고 깨끗한 편이였으며 어메니티도 구비 되어 있습니다. 커피 머신도 있구요. 특히 화장실 바닥이 따뜻해서 화장실이 아늑합니다 (샤워유리 있음) 중앙역보다는 amsterdam lelylaan 을 이용하면 더 가까워요. 다음에 또 온다면 이용할 것 같습니다.

Das Hotel war an sich sehr gut gelegen und das Personal war auch sehr nett. Wir waren aber im Dezember da, weswegen es sehr kalt draußen war. Im Hotelzimmer hatten wir auch eine Lüftungsanlage die wir auch einstellen konnten, aber das klappte nicht. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir komplett gefroren, weil die Lüftungsanlage nicht warm geworden ist, sondern weiterhin kalte Luft ausgestrahlt hat. Ich bin davon auch krank geworden. Wir sind dann am nächsten morgen zur Rezeption und wollten dies beanstanden. Da stellte es sich jedoch heraus, dass wir die Lüftungsanlage gar nicht heiß einstellen können, sondern die das an der Rezeption machen. Wir konnten also, jeden Abend immer anrufen, damit die es wärmer stellen. Ich empfand das als sehr lästig. Wieso bauen die eine Lüftungsanlage mit Temperatur Regler in mein Zimmer, wenn ich das gar nicht einstellen kann? Das Hotel ist an sich gut, aber nur was für Leute die es gerne kalt mögen.

門口就是最重要的2路公交，去哪兒都方便，還有一個小的mall，買東西也方便。 前台服務員冷漠。

酒店很乾凈位置很好，靠近車站旁邊，非常方便，而且周圍的環境好，有個湖，拍照也好看哦，而且餐廳的食物非常美味，愛了愛了

Muy lejos del centro. Desayuno normal, nada especial. El hotel no dispone de bar ni de restaurante. Las habitaciones están bien, con espacio suficiente y el baño también está bien.
