I loved this hotel. Great position and restaurant . It Is closed to the metro and all the receptionist are very kind. Caraibian and super cool restaurant tò est, drink and dance. All perfect

Really enjoyable stay. Food in the hotel was lovely service was great.

Check in was delayed, room not ready but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Lovely room, light and bright with excellent facilities. The socket on The kettle and coffee machine wasn’t working, but a new one was replaced very quickly. The Spa was absolutely fantastic, a really welcome retreat at the end of a long day. I liked the fact you paid once, and could access it for the whole stay. Wonderful.

Check in after 15:30 still have to wait for room cleaning about 40 mins! The TV is not work and shampoo is empty…don’t know why should I wait so much time…

Lovely location - Friendly helpful staff, really helped us navigate to places when we were looking for halaal food.

The hotel room is large and convenience as nearby the Metro station, the bed is quiet comfortable. But the house keeping is not very well. No refill for bottle water everyday and cleaning service is not very well, need to improve.

Amazing staff they were so welcoming and friendly. Very chatty which makes a nice change and they seem very genuine and like working with people. The area is great and so close to the metro 👍 room was pristine and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

The staff were friendly enough and the room was comfortable. However, we had a few small requests like ice, more coffee, etc., and it just took a long time. The kettle was filthy and there were not many restaurants in the area.

Overall it’s a good stay, the reception welcomed us with a great smile but the cleanliness of the stay can be improved. The room was not vacuumed during our stay and the coffee pods were not refilled. However, the reception quickly responded to our requests.

Location: very nicely located between tram stops and metro station. You can easily access the city center by tram or metro. I love how quiet the area is without the noise from the main city. Service: it was raining very heavily during my arrival at the hotel, and the staff only allowed soaking wet guests to check in at 3pm. I think some flexibility can be practiced here. Breakfast is good, but the exact same every single day. I was there for 7 days and would have appreciated some variation. In-house restaurant’s burger and fries were good but the pizza is frozen and costs €12. Cleanliness: housekeeping is adequate but very inconsistent. Some days the toilet wasn’t scrubbed, no plastic lining for the bin, no change of cups, etc. Note that hotel does not provide toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers for single room type. Amenities: wouldn’t advise paying €19 for the spa facilities as the space is very limited and filled with rowdy teenagers. Certainly not conducive for relaxing with all the noise. . I only stayed for half an hour and never went back for the rest of my stay.

Good stay and relatively clean. Near to metro but takes around 20-30 min to city centre

Beautiful hotel in great location just outside of the city centre and close to transportation spots. Room itself was big but for as cold as Amsterdam can get would be better if the room actually got warm. Restaurant linked to it wasn’t the best can get nicer food inside main Amsterdam but for price and location it was good. They didn’t do anything special for my birthday, usually a hotel would give you a little something, so customer service wise was nothing amazing.

Our stay was amazing! First of all, the hotel is really close to the metro station, which makes everything easier. It's only 30min by metro to Amsterdam Central Station. It's also close from the trein station. The room was really nice and tidy, and had everything we needed; there was also a great view. Shower was really good! The staff was very kind and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Really recommend it.
