Firstly, the location is really good. It is near to both the NS train station (for convenient commute from airport) and the Metro station (for convenient commute to the city). Secondly, the breakfast offers good selection of food (the freshly squeezed orange juice is amazing). The option to exchange free drinks for skipping housekeeping is nice. Nice bar on top of the hotel and the service level is good. Next, the negative points: the room. Room is very small. The toilet doesn’t have shower screen door, so the water splashes everywhere when you shower; massive design failure. The ‘human’ bedhead design is a bit eerie and not so sleep-friendly as we felt like the ‘human art’ wall was constantly staring at us, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. Check-in process also took a bit of time, creating bottleneck for guests wanting to check out.

Very convenient location, just within 5 minute walk from Amsterdam rai station and a nearby metro station. The hotel room was clean and spacious

Clean room,interesting decor, friendly service and neat little touches like a self-service shop in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and think the location next to the metro is really convenient too.

It's a wonderful hotel with tidy rooms, pleasant views, and accommodating staff. The breakfasts are also enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel close to tram, metro and train station with easy and fast access to airport and city centre. Hotel is designed as modern and contemporary with bright artwork and garden designed restaurant and swanky cocktail bar. Highlights- high floor premium room with a a view- stunning view across Amsterdam from every angle. Comfy bed and coffee machine and real milk in the fridge. Very comfy bed and luxurious toiletries. Breakfast- amazing!! Prosecco or vodka Bloody Mary available too and made to order omelettes in addition to the high quality food on offer- bagel station, yogurts and cakes and desserts and waffle station. Alternative milk oat, almond, soya including in the coffee machine meaning dairy free latte and cappuccino. Reception- staff friendly and helpful and free sweetie bar and coffee/tea/hot chocolate cart. Restaurant beautiful design but you need to prebook. Cons- free drink voucher in exchange for not having room cleaned caused issue as only 1 drink was free meaning others in same room had to pay! One staff member in restaurant was very abrupt and rude when we bought wine to take to room and was told we Could not buy a glass of wine and reside to our room, had to drink at the bar! Couldn’t get WiFi to work.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent with easy access to public transport, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. Additionally, the facilities are top-notch, adding to a comfortable stay. However, I did encounter a small issue as there were random knock-knock sounds in the middle of the night, and I couldn't locate the source of the noise.

The Nhow Amsterdam Rai was amazing. We had an overnight flight from the US and arrived at the hotel around noon. We were able to check in early and enjoy a little nap to start our trip. The front desk personnel were awesome! The room was clean, well equipped (except no washcloths)...really perfect and comfortable.

I would prefer to have a more wide view for the type of room i booked. Size could be a little better but ok. Breakfast is a MUST, omg, everything you can dream it is there! Fantastic, very good quality of food!! Worth wveey pwnny

Modern and chic hotel with a touch of great service! the room is comfy but abit small. nice touch with the complementary coffee bar and candy bar at the lobby!

Everything was perfect ! The hotel view is stunning and the building is so unique . You can enjoy the sunset from the windows and also a hot shower to their comfortable bathroom to relax ! Nothing less than the perfection ! Worth its money for sure ❤️🫶🏻
