Very close to the canals, *** ***** ********, station etc. staff is helpful and friendly. No elevator, rooms are very small, make sure to book a big one if you’re two people. Windows don’t open in many rooms but they offer fans

Small hotel with no lift but very good location! We love it so much, the staff were nice too. The hotel location makes out trip very memorable and special

The hotel's location is great. But I wouldn't stay more than one night. The rooms aren't clean. There's no elevator. I wouldn't choose it again.

Location is great nearer Amsterdam Central but staircase only is a challenge if you have large suitcases to handle. Not every receptionists on duty are friendly or even helpful, except for a young lady.

Good location nice staf clean

The staff at reception were nice. They also offer luggage storage service before our check in time. The location of the hotel is very convenient which locate at the middle of the city centre and made us feel safe even during the late night. The stairs are steep. Therefore, it may not be suitable for tourists carrying a large scale luggage. Fortunately, we were only having two backpacks and it didn’t bother us at all.

Not properly cleaned, no elevator, pricey compared to what you get.

The best locatiom for accommodatiom. Situated at city centre and easy to cotct-up almost everything. The room is clean and reasonanle with charges.

The check-in stairs are very high. The staffs are not friendly. Not only that, we have to carry our luggage to another building with high stairs as well. And at night, we can't get a good rest because the noise from the next room is very loud. We can hear everything. Now, the only good thing is the location. Other than that, please find another hotel to stay.

Great stay, lovely location with friends was amazing and the food

Very decent hotel, clean rooms and showers, most importantly. Chinese front desk lady was the nicest, others were very neutral in their service. This hotel is located close to the red light district, very central. Rooms are very basic, old building, many stairs but that’s the Amsterdam way of life.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Rooms were cleaned every day & check in / out experience was very smooth. Only criticism for me was that the stairs were very narrow & walls were very thin in the hotel so could hear people walking in the corridors & next door neighbours
