Decent stay as usual. Clean and tidy, nice staff. Disappointed they insisted on me paying €5 to check in 45 mins earlier. As a returning customer and the room being ready this seems unfair. It also feels like the check in times in Amsterdam seem to be getting later and later.

It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service was commendable, receiving a 4/5. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.: The amenities were satisfactory, also rated 4/5. The facilities provided everything we needed, although there could be some improvements in variety. Overall, I would recommend Avenue Hotel for a good stay with friends, especially if you're looking for a clean and conveniently located place with friendly service.

Room very Dirty. No cleaning after we back hotel on the 2 & 3rd night. Still have toothpaste in the basin & the towel very dirty. The room too small & very old style. The bathroom room door was broken. Poor condition.

離火車站超級近，你可以從這裏去唐人街***博物館遊船廣場超市，能住下一家四口，一人一個床，而且還有華人服務員小姐姐。

最近入住不是很緊張。酒店最近有施工，但是還好。空間設計的最合理了。房間也略大一些。火車站城區方向出來很近。性價比很高。
