I recently stayed at Avenue Hotel with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very clean, earning a solid 4/5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, rated 4/5. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service was commendable, receiving a 4/5. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.: The amenities were satisfactory, also rated 4/5. The facilities provided everything we needed, although there could be some improvements in variety. Overall, I would recommend Avenue Hotel for a good stay with friends, especially if you're looking for a clean and conveniently located place with friendly service.

Room very Dirty. No cleaning after we back hotel on the 2 & 3rd night. Still have toothpaste in the basin & the towel very dirty. The room too small & very old style. The bathroom room door was broken. Poor condition.

I checked out at 8am and gave them keeping my luggage. Right after I remember that I forgot my food bag in the room. But they did not permit me returning the room. I waited for them until 12h and they said nothing left in the room. Bad service!

Great hotel for the price. Clean and the location is perfect. Right opposite Centraal station and team Stop right outside the hotel. Easy to get about and in the heart is the city. Room was clean, tidy and decent. Walls are thin so you can hear people walking by outside and the rooms next door. All good otherwise for what you pay. Reception was very helpful and even allowed me to check in earlier. Great staff and well worth it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staffs are friendly but not all! The room is a bit small other than that it is satisfactory enough!

Absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of the action, but just far enough away from the undesirable activity.

The bathroom door was not completely sealed when it was closed. So once you come out of shower, the floor will be super wet! I had to put my towels to cover the floor and absorb the water! The heater in the toilet was not working as well. So even I’ve closed the window but wind still kept coming in and it was quite cold.

What a nice hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the Central Train Station. Very clean, not only in the lobby and breakfast area but the room was spotless. Very safe area, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and close to about anything you would like to see in Amsterdam. Tour stuff, restaurants, shops, historical sites...you cannot go wrong. Understand this is Europe and most every hotel offers more affordable smaller rooms, but I took the double room that was very spacious with desk, nice bath and about everything I needed. Price was right as well. No regrets on this one, would stay again.

Room is too small. Can hardly open the luggage. We booked for three person but i guess the room is only enough for two. Location is very good. Walking distance to train station and restaurants.
