It was a great location but room service was not available and there was paper on our doors with the room numbers which doesn’t seem too professional Staff were kind would stay again hopefully they refurb the rooms They have a cool cow !

Nice and pleasant stay in Amsterdam🤩

We were a bit irritated during check in when we arrived to the hotel after a long flight from Thailand and an hour after check-in time to be told the room wasn't ready. The staff did apologize and said it was a busy period but we felt like it wasn't helpful when they said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. They didn't tell us at all and we were waiting right there in the lobby so we had to walk up and ask again if it was ready. The staff we talked to initially didnt put in a note or anything so we had to explain the situation again and we wasn't offered any compensation.. a free drink or something while waiting would have been helpful. However, once we were in the room, we had to say it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The body wash smells good and the body lotion available came in handy. The water pressure, the rain water, everything was nice. The room's big smart TV was great, and the bed was huge. We didn't like the fact that the AC wasn't working as well as we wanted and with the sun coming in, it can get a bit hot but overall it was ok during the night. We also liked the 10% discount deal with the bicycle rental shop opposite from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location, though, out of the city centre where all the canals are, are still somewhat walkable and was less hectic and touristy. We wished there was a nearer supermarket where we can grab some snacks or drinks but at least there was a bagel cafe right opposite. The check out was fast and the male staff was nice to ask if we wanted to leave our bags and we wanted water. So that gave us better experience than the check in for sure.

Very good customer service at the reception. I arrived early and was given a room to check in at noon. The room was clean, comfortable, and I like the fresh fragrance throughout the hotel. Clean bedding, shelves and wardrobes. Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel were provided and the shower was easy to use with adjustable water temperature and power. There were a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee (Nespresso) and a kettle in each room. There are elevators to various levels, including the lower ground level where the hotel restaurant can be found. Breakfast is available till 12noon at an additional charge. I had breakfast at Bagel & Beans just opposite the hotel, which opens at 8am each morning. The location is convenient, just 15mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal train station, well connected to ferries, buses and trams. The blue and white ferries cross River IJ and are free of charge. Thanks to Room Mate Aitana, I had a very enjoyable stay with my family.

Very good location and central to everything and within walking distance. Staff was very polite and helpful. Comfy bed and room. The only thing I would suggest is for room service food option to have more selection. All round excellent stay! I would stay there again.

Very good hotel and kind personal!!!stayed four nights with a good view

The staff is very helpful when we asked for early check-in, it has made our day less hassle. The room is spacious and clean.

During our three-night stay at this hotel with my family, the staff exhibited genuine kindness and helpfulness, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, despite these positive aspects, the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite the central heating being set to a maximum of 23 degrees, it hovered around 21 degrees, and sometimes even less. Upon requesting a heater, we were provided with a small one (attached below), but the second room lacked a switcher to plug it in. Typically, when returning to a hotel on a cold day, one hopes to warm up, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Despite this setback, I rate the hotel 4/5 for its cleanliness, value for money, and the kindness of the staff, especially when compared to other options in Amsterdam.

Room is good. Morning session has 2 lifts only.

The room service didnt clean our rooms for 2 days, they dont send water bottles and are highly understaffed The house keeping randomly enters the room without knocking the door or ringing the bell. Pathetic experience

Room smelled bad, no room slippers were provided, but hotel staff were responsive when feedback was given.

It’s was clean and nice.
