The service is great! Friendly staff and professional. Place is clean. Also its walking distance to disneyland so it is very convenient.Overall its a 5/5. Will highly recommend it.

I’d been to 4 hotels in S Harbour street in Anaheim but Sheraton is an exception and the best by far. It feels like home. All attractions (restaurants, Disney, stores) are within walkin distance. Beautiful hotel

The room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was that if you do self park-stay away from grass areas and trees. The sprinklers on a little. Grass patch we parked near did a number on my car and left tons of water spots.

Nice room. A real relaxation when coming back from Disneyland.

Standard American experience. Front desk was talkative while bellman and front desk in the morning gives cold faces.

We were woken up early at 7 AM both mornings of our stay. Employees who were on strike used a loud megaphone and drums and banged and screamed outside of our hotel room. The hotel did not compensate us at all for this inconvenience. Also not all of the restaurants and amenities were open due to a lack of workers. 

Clean and good amenities, convenience location and easy to walk to Disneyland

Good location with sufficient food nearby and proximity to Disneyland (walk is about 10 to 15 minutes) Room was clean and staff were excellent. Recommended.

Terrible experience! There’s a strike going on agains the hotel so the ex employees would come around the hotels and make loud noises to wake the guests up at 6 in the morning. I am traveling with my family who had special needs and came from overseas to visit me. I decided to take them to Disney as my treat. But the experience is just so terrible that no one even showed up to stop the protesters. Our second day at Disney was so tiring due to the protests. When I reached out to the front desk, I was told to “call the Anaheim police station myself”!?!???

Perfect hotel next to Disneyland. This was our second booking here. Employees are nice and helpful. Room is clean. Love the view of Disney. You can see the fireworks from the room if you get the room with theme park view.

We stayed over night to go to Disneyland. We did not use any of the amenities, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
