We went with our family for a Disney vacation. The hotel was great, clean and the kids loved the pool. It was a quick walk to Disney. Would definitely return.

We loved it! Kids had so much fun! Our room was very clean and the customer service was very friendly. Don't leave without trying their food.

哈哈三天都沒打掃衞生，不知道人手缺還是咋地，設施三星水準，四百多刀性價比太差了。

The room was clean, comfortable and larger than the average hotel room. It also had bunk beds. The view of the park was great and we enjoyed the fireworks from the room. The stand alone shower did not have great water pressure and the hot water kept shutting off. The tub/shower combination was much better. Because of the view it was a little pricey-it was nice, however to be able to walk to the park.

Easy check in onli e and room was ready when we arrived before 4. 10 minute walk to Disney enterance, we felt very safe in the area night and day. Beautiful clean and so perfect for Disneyland. We had a corner room park view side. We were able to see fireworks from our balcony nightly. Wonderful stay! Waterpark needs a bit of maintenence but 3 year old sure had fun.

They were always super friendly, we came In very late and they helped set up a crib I had rented because I didn't want to use a pack n play. Anything we needed they helped with. 10min or less walk from Disneyland, so many walkable food choices. 8min drive to Downtown Disney. Water park was so fun for our child! Rooms were spacious and clean. Daughter threw up in car and they have laundry machines you can use! They thought of everything. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is one the best full service hotel in Anaheim. The staff is phenomenal. Highly recommend for either families with children - the bunk beds are awesome. They recognize and treat titanium elites at check-in. We’ve stayed here since the very first week they opened and many times since. The only criticisms are - the temperature cannot be set below 68. With a room facing the sun it can get warm. But they will provide a fan if requested. There were a few maintenance issues - which were promptly addressed. We will stay her again. Btw firework views are excellent.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Specifically, Evelyn E. was attentive and remembered us every time we passed her desk. They responded promptly with any need we expressed. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and a delightful respite from a busy day at the Disney parks.

Appalling Discrimination Toward My Autistic Child – Avoid This Hotel If You Value Inclusion I stayed at Courtyard Anaheim Theater Park Entrance from May 10 to 11, 2025, and what was supposed to be a fun family trip turned into a profoundly discriminatory and hurtful experience—all because my 7-year-old son is autistic. From the moment we entered the water park area, my son was targeted by staff. He was yelled at repeatedly, referred to impersonally as “Hey,” and treated with zero patience or understanding, even after we clearly and repeatedly told them his name. Staff singled him out before we had even entered the water slide area—shouting at him for being excited. My son is not aggressive. He’s energetic and joyful, as any child would be at a water park. I was by his side the entire time, managing his behavior. Despite that, he was harassed while dozens of other children ran around, climbed slides the wrong way, jumped into hot tubs unsupervised, and outright ignored the posted rules—with no consequence. But staff only enforced rules on my son. He was stalked around the park and constantly corrected, while others were completely ignored. When I brought this up, the staff member admitted to having no training in working with children with disabilities. I spoke with a manager , who claimed to be a parent of autistic children himself. Yet afterward, he and the staff member became openly passive-aggressive, smirking and doubling down on their surveillance of my son. When I pointed out the clear discriminatory treatment, they laughed at us. Let that sink in. I began recording these interactions. The footage shows an unmistakable pattern: rules selectively enforced only on my child, while others were free to behave however they wanted. This resort may appear family-friendly on the surface, but it is grossly unprepared to support or even respect neurodiverse children. The staff lacks basic training, compassion, and professionalism. This experience was not just upsetting—it was traumatizing for our family. If you are a parent of a child with autism or any disability, please think twice before booking here. Until Marriott takes serious steps to educate their staff and enforce anti-discrimination standards, this location should not be considered safe for families like mine.
