The only complaint is the stairs for water slides in pool area needs to be cleaned from molding and algae

I checked out on the 28th, but the deposit has not been refunded yet. I waited because she said it was possible on the same day, but it didn't work, so I called by e-mail, but the deposit was not refunded. Please refund it right away plz. My reservation number is ********.

Such an amazing family hotel that is less than 2 miles away from Disney. This has everything you need to enjoy a day at the hotel when you want to relax. I will be back again with my family.

Great Disney trip! Hotel provides wonderful service!

The room is big , but checking in take so long. Parking is extra charging each night and deposit take too long to refund back .

Location: There is a bus stop in front that goes to Disneyland. It cost $6 for a pass for 1 day for adult. Some food around the hotel. Room: size is good for 4, 2 adults and 2 children. 2 bath tub in the toilet. Good for family. Aircon noise is abit noisy. Otherwise all is good Breakfast: Not alot of option but quite good. The kids love to do the waffle in mickey mouse shape. Overall, good value for us.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

Super good location, pool are super good with many entertainment for the kids.

Everything is great except for the garage key card that alway don’t work if you need to use it in very tiring days, you need to go to the front lobby to activate the card every now and then.

Ok walking distance to Disneyland - about 15 minutes. Very new and clean property. Hotel has a big pool area but need a fee.
