The location and facilities of hotel is excellent. The food at restaurant was flavourful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The manager Mr. Bilal Raina and GM Mr. Yunus was at our service and took care of everything very well. Overall , it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommend to everyone.

Very good place to stay, the restaurant is very neat and clean. They have good variety of foods. The f&b Manager and Mr Youis and their restaurant team did a good job. They very were welcoming and kind. I recommend this place to everyone travelling to Pahalgam.

We stayed for two nights at Welcome Resort Pahalgam and had a wonderful experience. The family suites offered stunning mountain views, and the property, which is new, was exceptionally well-maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Shabbir (manager), Ayaz (bellboy), Junaid (housekeeping), and Nazir Ahmed (maintenance) for making our stay so enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, and the hospitality was flawless, with every staff member dedicated to guest comfort. We also appreciate Mr. Bilal Raina and Shakir (captains), ***** with mushtaq and Irfan (GSA), for their outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pahalgam!

Chef Saboor is really very polite and I loved how he attended us and explained each and everything about kashmir's culture may it be food and every other thing which describe beauty of kashmir. We really loved the food it was amazing and would love to have it again. Raina bilal is very kind person..

Very good hotel and amazing food. Some of the best food I had in Kashmir. Captain Bilal and Mushtaq are amazing hosts as well. Mr Zahoor and Mr Asif are brilliant chefs.especially heating system is properly also room size is very big thx welcome team

Mr shabirat welcome resort pahalgam gave us an extraordinarily good service. The hotel was clean and tidy all staff was very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. We had a very happy and nice stay at welcome resort pahalgam.

Great location and service . Mr.Bilal Raina, Mr. Mushtaq, and Irfaan, and Ishtar were very a friendly staff who helped us a lot with the restaurant services. Chef, Mr. Zahoor and Amir were awesome. The rooms were very clean and had all amenities.

Welcome resort falls in between scenic mountains with very friendly & respectful staffs . Nothing to say about the food it was really good and Mr bilal raina & mustahq Ahmed took care of all the requirements we demanded with very friendly behavior.

It is really nice experience of stay with nice food with specially the nadroo yakhni and Kashmiri haak saag staff is very helpful and friendly Bilal Raina and mushtaq and ishfaq and chef zahoor the special mention for my wife birthday celebration they arranged special decorations in room
