Here you will find the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area and living room are open to the kitchen. The half bath is located on this floor. There is a small balcony off of the living area overlooking the ocean and beach. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private small balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The master bath has a bathtub/shower and a large walk in closet/dressing area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ocean view to the north. The second full bath features a shower and a vanity with a granite top. Surfside Six is a small, friendly complex centrally located and is an easy walk to many restaurants and the pier The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep.
