This is a luxurious Alaskan mountain getaway. We are 20 minutes from the Airport & 10 minutes from shopping & local amenities. The suite is spacious for 2, but accommodates 4 with a futon. We don’t provide TV to promote a unique experience devoid of everyday distractions. Come unplug and be REFRESHED! Please see our RULES, they are ENFORCED ***HOUSE RULES*** In order to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible we have some House Rules ~ * Guests MUST be 25 years or older (Unless you are a family with children). * ONLY RESERVED guests are allowed with a maximum of 4. Undeclared guests are NOT allowed. * NO VISITORS outside of reserved guests. * You are provided ONE parking space for ONE vehicle. The space is located in front of the garage door furthest to the right. * 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive vehicles, with Winter Tires are NECESSARY for Winter access. We are located in the mountains and have a steep driveway. (September - April). * NO SMOKING in unit, or on property. No EXCEPTIONS! * NO EVENTS or PARTIES. * NO PETS. * NO shoes past the entryway. * NO drones. * Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am. Please be mindful of our neighbors. * WASH and PUT AWAY all dishes that you use. * Do not cook any food that will leave an unpleasant smell. * Please be respectful of our property. Any damage above normal wear and tear to the premise will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Upon confirming your reservation, you are agreeing to ABIDE by ALL of these rules.
