Good location with good view. The breakfast is nice coffee is excellent. The pool is very pleasent and brand new. The room in the ground floor is nice but a bit dark the bed mattress should have been better. We missed having something to eat or drink during the day (wine cooler, some snacks). All in all it was great for the price.

Very nice clean place with nice clean rooms and relaxing swimming pool. The ladies that welcomed us there were very helpful and very professional and nice! The location is near Ancona. The area is very quiet and safe and driving distance with supermarket, restaurants etc.

Best hotel we stayed! Room is specious, high sealing, gorgeous sea view. Best of all - their breakfast is fabulous 😍 locally sourced - home baked goodies. We wished staying here longer!!!

This is a very pleasant little hotel situated fairly close to Torrette and about 15 minutes or so from Ancona (by transport). Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was really good and the staff we super friendly. There is no restaurant at the hotel but we had a well stocked (and decently priced) mini bar in our room. If you’re using public transport (as we were) you’ll find buses running very regularly from the stops at the bottom of the hill ; either into Ancona or up the coast and/or inland toward Jesi etc. The hotel is a 500m walk from the nearest bus stops. One disappointment we had was that the pool was out of order. Initially we were a little upset by this. But, such things happen. And, in the event, it meant we spent more time exploring Ancona which really is an interesting city. A really good stay. Thank you.

È la seconda volta che veniamo in questo posto davvero bellissimo ,l'ultima volta solo di passaggio ,questa volta abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni ,colazione perfetta con torte buonissime e diverse tutte le mattine ,marmellate top !!!!staff gentilissimo e sorridente ...la piscina molto bella e sempre pulita ,purtroppo non tutti fanno la doccia prima di entrare ,ci vorrebbe un bel cartello scritto in tutte le lingue ...ottimo punto di partenza per la Riviera del Conero che ho amato tantissimo ..le Marche sono state una bellissima scoperta per noi .Consiglio questo agriturismo per chi vuole visitare la riviera del Conero o semplicemente è difficile passaggio ...

Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo in questa struttura, nè sicuramente sarà l'ultima..anzi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanze luminose e pulite, lenzuola profumate e letto comodo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, panorama e relax assicurato, colazione top.
