Located in a beautiful place, close to the city center and railway station. Breakfast is generous and there is all you need. Totally recommend it and will choose it again.

Hotel all’altezza di un 4 stelle+: personale gentile e sempre disponibile, stanza impeccabile, colazione internazionale ricchissima di dolce e salato, a pochi minuti a piedi il centro della città.
Se dovessimo tornare ad Ancona lo risceglieremmo sicuramente.

If You arrive late in the evening be prepared to get a cab... There is no transport to the city center after 10 pm from the airport. And it is difficult to arrange one...

What I can say wit h Public transport in the most of town/city in Italy there are not too many late services at night, which could be fixed out. Our staff always willing to help and support our guests to find a solution specially with foreign people. You did not write any comment about the stay on our Hotel, as I can see of your response on cleanliness and service, to understand why your stay did not reach your expectations at some points. Great welcome upon arrival. The restaurant was closed but the guy let us stay anyway with some Pizzas delivery. We loved the Conero wine suggested and the story of it were interesting Really appreciate all..

I have stayed here multiple times when travelling for business but again my review remains the same. The decor needs updating and the rooms need cleaning better. I found rust on the towel rails and on the shower. Things need to be refurbished instead of charging the same money for outdated rooms and worst of all is the WI-FI this is so poor and not good enough in a 4* hotel. In my opinion this is not a 4* hotel it is closer to a 3*. The only good thing I would say was the staff were really nice and welcoming

While the Lobby and restaurant are very nice the hotel could really use and update. The hallways are dark and really outdated. The AC gets shut off every night so it is hard to sleep because the temp goes from cool to hot. Every day when the room was made up they cranked the temperature up so it was very hot after walking up 2 flights of stairs then up the hill to the hotel. The wifi was terrible, video would buffer every 45 sections if it ran at all. The staff was great though.

Questionable fire life safety and compliance with statutory requirements. Smelly rooms and old furniture. Sigarette smell in corridor and outdated amenities in the room. Average service by staff with pleasent experience at the restaurant.

An excellent hotel with very good a/c and very clean also.Very good location near the port but also near to the centre. Very quiet with a large refrigerator in the room and comfortable bed. I choose it for 9 years !!

Nice view to Porta Pia. Helpful staff, clean room , but need some maintenance due to humidity. Excellent location near the ferry and railway station. City center is at 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets, restaurants at walking distance

Staff always polite check in check out 10/10 , excellent location in the city cleanliness courtesy and availability. The restaurant offers a great variety of food all well presented and prepared. The possibility of parking in the center makes it unique

The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was cleaned all maintained during the 4-day stay, good breakfast, a quite rich buffet. However, the room was structurally poor, as the bathroom was. overall not bad I would go back.
