I have not been at the “hotel” as they refused to accept a change in check-in time (within the hours they state it is possible to check-in). The motivation was that they plan check-in in advance - but they did not inform me about that at all at the moment of booking when I told them the originally planned check-in time. And I kindly informed then about change in time in the morning. I also offered to split the cost of cancellation 50/50 or come and pick keys at the convenient for them location which they also were not interested in. So I feel it it fair with one star and that this information might be userful for other guests.

Absolutely beautiful arts and positive energy filled space which owner Martine shares with guests.Private elevator brings into lobby of the loft apartment. Magical place filled with elegance, great taste for harmoneous colours, xreative design and touches of Moroccan artist. Martine created magical place which she shares with her guests. Sharing is very generous - each detail, each item is in place. Guests enjoy a lot of extras which makes their stay special. Slippers, soft drinks, bottle of good wibe, sweets and much more.She is generous with her time preparing elegantly served and very tasty breakfasts. Our absilute gratitude dear friend for making our stay in Brussels at your beautiful loft so perfect. We will be back.

What an amazing loft apartment! I’ll stayed in many places throughout the years but this was really special. Every room was different and all so beautiful and clean. My sister was so excited for their jewellery room! There were common areas like the kitchen that also were so inviting. We paid extra for a wonderful breakfast, really recommend it! The woman who owns the plays is really helpful and nice to! We will definitely be back.

We came from israel and stayed for two night at the SKY LOFT. The design of the place is incredible and mostly the owner Martin is so kind,warm and always makes sure that everything is perfect. To sum up, highly recommend!!

Martine was an exceptional host. Extremely welcoming and very thoughtful. The building in general and the apartment we stayed in are both fantastically decorated. There are a few nice bars / restaurants nearby and was a 15 minute walk to the centre.

I stayed at Martine's residence for two nights in November while in Brussels on a solo work trip. Location is a multicultural neighborhood that is conveniently close to the main train station (Midi/Zuid) and a short walk to nearby metro stations, from which you can get anywhere in Brussels. Communication with Martine was flawless and easy. I stayed in the Sky Loft which was spacious, light and very comfortable. There was no disturbance by traffic noise at all. Amenities were excellent including large bed, coffee machine, minibar, microwave and all necessary bathroom amenities. Martine herself is kind and friendly, and a gracious host. Highly recommended for couples and solo travellers.
