조용하고, 방과 시설 등 모두 깔끔합니다. 조식이 좋습니다. 메뉴도 있을 것 다 있고, 특히 조식 식당이 높은 곳에 있어서 아침 햇살과 경치를 보며 먹을 수 있어 참 좋습니다. 안동문화관광단지가 아직 개발이 덜 되어있어 주변은 다소 휑 합니다.

편리하고 조용했습니다

I’ve booked a room for 3 people but the hotel doesn’t offer amenities for 3. I asked for one more coffee cup, but was refused because the room was for 2 people. What a Joke!! They charged for the room for 3 not 2. Why can’t we enjoy our rights even though we’ve paid the full price. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t accepted us. We will never come back, ever.

This hotel is straight up garbage and could not be further from a luxury hotel. A rating of 3.5 stars is a joke. The lobby, lifts and hallways have no AC. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and stained. The condition of the room Is appalling, there is visible damage on the walls, the curtains are stained, and the furniture surfaces have visible marks and scars. The bathroom was not clean and to get to the “shower” which has No enclosure or shower curtain you have to step up a good 14 inches into the tub, which isn’t really even a tub. There were water stains on the bathroom counter and fixtures. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here.
