The staff is nice, the free parking is very handy and important in Andorra. And it is so close to shopping, spa. The room is quiet and clean

The room is big and clean，located in a very central place，and they have free luggage storage service！

Close to the shop and Andorra center. However, quite a distance to the bus station. Room is quite a big and clean. Pillows are comfy and breakfast is great.

Very good hotel! Clean and comfortable. Very good location too. They also have a parking at an enclosed building just 1 min walk away after you parked your car and exit the building. You can also check with the hotel before hand, and they will send you the parking instruction which was really useful!

Great location very close and walking distance to 1cities in the city center. definitely will come back if We have a chance to visit Andorra.

It is the norm for hotels to provide a kettle, coffee and tea bags, tissue paper etc. For my room type, none of these were provided, causing me great inconvenience. The hotel description dis not say that these amenities would not be provided. It just said what it would provide. But because these amenities are the norm, one would not expect that they would not be provided!

Room type says triple room but it is two single beds joined together plus one sofabed opened up. Spacious room with a lot of space to move about even with 3 luggages. With bathtub and balcony.

Great room size! Location is in the heart of the city.

位置很好，中心位置，出門就是地標達利鍾和橋，房間也是很大，空調很給力，就是房間味道很重，盲猜是樟腦丸的味道？樟腦丸下太狠了……

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville, proche de toutes commodités. Personnel sympathique et parlant français pour la majorité. Grande chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la ville, excellente literie, et sdb fort pratique. Très bien insonorisée. Ménage parfait. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et bien fourni avec de bons produits. Parking payant (mais pas plus que les municipaux) avec accès quasi direct à l’hôtel.

Emplacement idéal, accueil parfait, petit déjeuner top. Juste prévenir que le parking est en sus.

Très bien juste un peu long l'attente pour l' enregistrement a l acceuil et la bouteille d eau facture de tout les hôtel que nous avons fait c est la première fois qu'ont la paye sinon rien a dire
