Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays ever. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The biggest issue, however, was the absolutely appalling customer service. The front desk staff, especially Kathleen and Sheena, were extremely unprofessional. Kathleen even shouted at me over the phone — completely unacceptable behavior for someone in hospitality. We booked the room with breakfast included, but on the first morning, we were told we couldn’t have breakfast because it “didn’t show up in their system.” Despite showing them our booking confirmation, they refused to honor it or provide a refund. I requested a refund for the breakfast we paid for and never received, but they flat-out refused. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests or providing basic courtesy. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was spacious. The beds are clean and spacious too. The window - we love the huge window. Everything about this hotel we love - The pool, the serenity of the place, the huge, clean, international look and feel of the lobby.
