Private: property 2'900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Arezzo" 18 km. Riding stable 17 km. Nearby attractions: Cortona 46 km, Monte San Savino 40 km, Firenze 55 km. Beautiful Tuscan Villa with lots of space and a big garden with pool. We stayed 2 weeks as a family with 2 kids and had a great time. The villa is 15min by car from Arezzo on the hills. A very good place to be in the hot summer weeks due to a big garden w

Very nice property and very quiet area. The kitchen is furnished with the essentials. Unfortunately the accommodation does not have a sofa, only two armchairs and we were 5 adults.
