Ibis Biarritz-Anglet Aéroport

Great location and easy access from the airport. The breakfast was good and just what you need to start the day off. Would highly recommend to other solo travelers.

Under refurbishment and big road works outside also . Will be lovely and convenient for airport although no shuttle bus but on public bus route

We chose this hotel for a 2-nights stay because it is conveniently placed near the highway, while also placed near Biarritz. The arrival to the hotel by car was easy, and there was plenty of parking available without extra fees. They do not have a restaurant, but the receptionist sent us to Novotel hotel, which belongs to the same company and is next door. At Novotel, we found a pretty fancy restaurant with good food and service, and with reasonable price for the food and service received (35€ per person). Overall, the room and the hotel services were fine, without good or bad surprises. We could hear noisy people at the corridor more than we would have liked, but it was bearable and the bed was good. We asked the receptionist for some information about visiting Biarritz. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to speak much English and he didn't give us almost any advice. Finally, we went to Biarritz on foot, which is a feasible walk, but takes around 45 minutes. We saw that there are also buses, although there seemed to be on strike. I think it would have been more effective to go by car and park it somewhere in the street closer to Biarritz, but we didn't know. Overall, a satisfactory experience for a reasonable price.
