Camping Paradis 4 étoiles A la Corniche la Rochelle Angoulins

We arrived at the camping and the greeting was very friendly but you could tell they didn’t speak english very well. We got to the mobile home and entered a sauna. It was around 40 celsius outside, but it must have been around 45 celsius inside the mobile home. We looked around for an airco but there was none, there wasn’t a fan either. We went back to the reception to address the issue. But the two ladies at the desk didn’t understand us. They got the owner (we’re not sure if he was the actual owner) to come talk to us. We again explained the situation. He told us that the mobile homes indeed do not have airco. We told him that it didn’t say anything about airconditioning on the website, not if it is present or isn’t. He told us only the chalets have airconditioning so we could have known and he doesn’t know what he can do to help. It was only after we said we might look for another accommodation that he came with a solution. He could give us a fan for tonight and then we could move into a chalet in the morning. We returned to the reception the next morning as we had agreed upon, and then one of the ladies behind the desk murmured about us to her colleague. After talking to each other for a little, we were told we could come back in 45 minutes. The reception was closed when we returned but one of the ladies came outside to us, but yet again didn’t speak English well enough so she asked another guest to help translate. Luckily he could understand and we got moved into our new chalet. All in all, the people were unequipped and the accommodations were dirty, and you had no space to really sit outside. You had no space to yourself, your neighbors were less than two meters next to you. The website displays the camping better than it is. We do not recommend this, we will never return here.

Chalet très proche des gens du voyage quand nous sommes sur la terrasse Environnement non entretenu, pas d'emplacement pour la voiture, accès chalet difficile car ornières sur tout le chemin Vaisselle sale, terrasse non abrité , personnel qui n'en a rien à faire de nos remarques, fond du camping qui ressemble à une décharge

Très déçus par les nouvelles prestations demandées ...en trois ans ça a beaucoup changé...nous pensons ne pas revenir ...c est propre mais maintenant c est axé sur le profit ..dommage

camping plutôt bien dans l'ensemble idéal pour les famille comme pour un couple activité et service présent

Vreselijke camping, accomodaties staan heel dicht op elkaar. De receptie onbereikbaar voor klachten. Reageren niet op mailtjes. Een echte afrader!
