The house is located on the seafront overlooking Ilha Grande, close to the center of Angra dos Reis and Marina Verolme (10 minutes by car) where there are several restaurants and place for boat rentals. There is a pier, exclusive to the house, for large boats to dock. It has a leisure area with integrated swimming pool and a large green area. The house also has 4 polyethylene kayaks, one for two people and the other three for one person. Due to the large number of electronic appliances (7 Split Air Conditioner, freezer, refrigerator ...) in the house, the employee of the house will charge the energy consumption earned at the time of your stay.
