Super family friendly hotel. We had good time both inside and outside of the facilities. Highly likely we wanna get back here.

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Highly Recommended! The hotel offers what it promises and provides quality service with exceptional views! Location ⭐️ Perfectly nested in the picturesque Anji natural landscape! Ridiculously close to the tele cabins to Skyland- which is an adventure land park/hiking/ skiing: Cleanliness ⭐️ The room was very clean and nicely set up. Everything was carefully designed and hygienic. Staff ⭐️ Very helpful! (Despite my limited Chinese). We got an upgrade and lots of smiles!! We definitely recommend to friends!

We had a great stay. The rooms are luxurious, clean and the view was stunning. Very friendly staff, good Western and Chinese breakfast buffet. Delicious coffee. Special thanks to Chun-Yu Yang for her help and support.

It was really nice for kids and adults both … the service was fast and very hospital … the breakfast was suitable for international ….and night we enjoyed bbq…. swimming pool and hamsters and glass bridge nearby and many things nearby to let u relax and enjoy some days

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice, modern and very clean. Thebstaff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. Our Hotel contact was Vera. She was very helpful and really quick to respond to our requests. They are all so great with children … this hotel will be my to-go hotel in the future when we travel to Anji. The hotel is close to the Sky Land Scenic area (5 minutes ride) and the have shuttle buses going there very often. They are building heavily in the area….is not loud though, but you can see new hotel constructions around.

帶着孩子住了兩天家庭房，有孩子專用的牙刷和小馬桶，超喜歡房間裏的小童床，還有爬爬梯，搖搖馬。入住的時候，還有管家服務，我們的管家是張燈戰，人非常的nice，送了兩個玩具給孩子，愛不釋手帶回家了。去景區的時候也是管家幫忙叫車，提行李，服務非常棒。 最喜歡的是他們的早餐，豐富多彩，低齡小童也有吃的。酒店旁邊還有個松鼠部落，第一天到的時候，怕孩子坐車辛苦沒去景區，就在松鼠部落玩了一下午，有小松鼠，小兔子，孔雀，還有孩子玩的滑滑梯，挖土機等等，孩子玩的很開心。 這次去雲上，孩子玩的比較開心，跑了一天也不喊累，一直説還要玩，酒店休息的也很棒，總之物有所值

帶着小寶寶過來玩的，房間特別適合我們還不會走路的寶寶，可以到處爬，榻榻米的床不怕孩子從床上掉下來，唯一美中不足的是沒有浴缸，孩子洗澡淋浴麻煩了點，我們入住的是松鼠部落，酒店的遊樂區很方便，玩的地方也很多，還有小動物可以喂，特別要誇誇我們的管家小航，真的是人美心善，隨傳隨到，期間需要什麼都幫我處理了，特別方便，這次衹玩了熊貓樂園，裏面還有好幾個項目都沒有開，下次過來要去玩玩雲上草原

房間很大很乾凈，對面就是羣山，空氣很好 入住體驗非常棒，管家服務也很貼心，從房間到景區之間都有擺渡車接送很方便 這次入住的是松鼠部落酒店，酒店下來就是自帶的小遊樂園，還有可愛的小動物可以喂，小朋友玩得很開心

酒店位於雲上草原度假村內，非常適合親子出遊，酒店樓下就是一片室外遊樂場，融合了松鼠主題，家長基本可以解放雙手，娃可以在這裏玩上幾個小時。酒店設施完全按照親子的打造，墊腳凳、馬桶墊高，甚至是房間內的小木馬，一應俱全。

環境：地理位置有優勢，離服務中心、早餐餐廳、遊玩區域都很近，適合家庭親子，小朋友可以在松鼠部落玩很久～ 服務：管家服務及時，帶着低幼的小朋友，一直會碰到各種小狀況，小張管家及時幫助解決～好評～ 設施：可以看到很多貼心的地方，比如房內的免費飲用水是兩瓶1.5L，給小朋友配備了腳蹬，有一個小朋友喜愛的樹洞，地暖等等～

首先點名表揚一下小李管家，服務非常棒，提前主動加了微信，我們提出的需求也都基本幫我們做到了，甚至到店後幫我們做了房型升級，體驗非常好！很感謝！酒店硬件上都不錯，但也有幾個建議想提一下：一是酒店的接駁車供應不足，調度制度可能需要完善（這裏也要重點表揚一下小李管家，一直幫我們協調用車問題，最後實在是太累了，小李管家還幫我們叫了滴滴！）；二是雖然做了攻略知道酒店是依山而建，沒有電梯衹能硬搬行李，但講真的！太累了！酒店是否可以增加禮賓人員搬運行李；三是可能因為我們去的是淡季，有一些項目和餐廳並沒有開放，酒店可以在網站或入住前提前告知一下。 總體來説這趟旅行還是比較滿意的，我們訂的是住宿加兩日雲上草原暢玩加熊貓探索樂園，給大家的建議是，帶三歲以內的寶寶，雲上草原不一定非要去，可玩性不算大，可以留一整天沖熊貓探索樂園，我們玩了一整天，可以自帶胡蘿蔔喂喂小動物，也可以熊貓上山後玩飛車或漂流，山上大蹦床真的夠小朋友玩很久！中午吃飯可以叫外賣到門口然後跑兩步去拿一下，不知道給不給放野餐墊，反正我們是坐在炸雞攤前面吃的。如果是自駕去的話，可以從酒店直接開車到熊貓，很近，比接駁車方便。對了，最近熊貓樂園好像是寵物節可以帶小狗，真的很不錯！
