Convenience and luxury converge in Ann Arbor

Hidden Gem! Slightly off the beaten path, this condo was a great fit for our family!! The condo is located within a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to U of M, the children's hospital, shopping, parks, and lots of great eateries. The condo was stocked with Kuerig pods, tea, towels, paper towels, and tons of bathroom toiletries. If you have more than 4 guests, I recommend telling the host prior to arrival as we didn't have enough dinnerware to serve the 5 of us. We had good communication with the host during our stay as they were quick to respond. However, I did not receive the arrival email until 18 hours before arrival. We also had to ask for the wifi password as it was not included in the arrival email or printed on-site. Still, I would say overall communication was very good. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Stay for Families with Exceptional Hospitality The hospitality was exceptionally kind, making it perfect for families. The check-in process was easy, and we encountered no safety issues at all, contrary to concerns mentioned in other reviews. Additionally, the property was impeccably clean.

Great Stay The property was as described. The unit is spacious and comfortable with plenty of supplies. Great location with food, grocery and convenient stores. Parking was very accommodating and the host was very quick to reply & ensured our stay had no trouble! Would def recommend and stay again.

Great Location Place was cozy, near everything. Kitchen was large enough to cook in which is what I was looking for.

I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!
