Relax! soak up the sun and the quiet laid back style that is Anna Maria. Many activities are readily accessible such as jet ski, beach bikes, boat rentals, parasailing and fishing. The kitchen was completely renovated in January 2025. We have super comfy beds - king is the master, queen in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa with new mattress. Our house is located a short walk to….everything! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and sip a cocktail while watching the most fabulous sunset shows every night. A place to call home. A place for the entire family. You may never leave! Enjoy our screened in front porch with seating area and fans. There is also an entire screened in living and dining space under the house with TV, grill, and games. Relax and be entertained! Have a cookout! For your sun and fun days at the beach there are beach chairs, floats, sun umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys available for your beach time. When you return there is an outdoor shower and foot rinse. To enhance your beach adventure take a bike ride - we provide several for you. Check out Beach Bums for other rentals like kayaks, paddle boards, or group bikes and golf carts. A block away is the community recerational center for fitness and tennis (day use and week memberships are available).
