Decent hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean room, but remarkably uncomfortable beds - without fitted bottom sheets and a lumpy mattress pad. Breakfast was good with a number of healthy options. Would stay again but would hope they would address what would be a simple fix to make the beds more comfortable.

This hotel epitomized art with functionality and modernity. The updated king bed room we had is complete with kitchen amenities like fridge, dishwasher, convection stove, and utensils. The bed and pillows are new and clean. There are drawers and cabinets enough for 2-3 persons. The bathroom is simple yet elegant in terms of fixtures. They offer free breakfast cold or hot but these are the usual items of pancakes, cereals, oats and eggs and patties. Parking is convenient but not free of charge. Pet friendly. I recommend this hotel for family getaways and traveling individuals.

This hotel was great. After four years of coming to Annapolis for football games, I wish I would have found this place sooner. Close to the stadium (easily walkable). Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Really nice staff. Fun lobby bar. Easy parking.

The Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect location for events at the Stadium and visits to the Academy for your Midshpmen. It is also close to anything else you may choose to do in Annapolis.

Good help must be very hard to fine in Annapolis because this place employs only imbeciles. We asked to have our luggage stored for a couple of hours. When our Uber was running late, we called the hotel to have them ready to pick when we swung by in ten minutes. When we arrived, there was nobody at the desk or anywhere to be found. After five minutes we stepped behind the desk and knocked on the door. Katya couldn’t have cared less and said that housekeeping was “bringing them down”. Odd, since they were brought into the office. Another 8 minutes go by, only to have a woman show up with a shopping bag we’d left in our room. Wait….where is our luggage?!? It was sitting in the office, the only pile in there. They became quite belligerent when we got irritated about the delay due to their complete stupidity. Advise you look elsewhere for accommodations.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and had a wonderful experience. Barbara was truly amazing and brought so much positivity to my stay. The front desk staff, especially Mason, were very helpful, and Krystia, the bartender, was phenomenal. Their exceptional service made my visit memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are in great shape and all the furniture was all very well kept. The location is great, and you could quickly walk to the downtown area. We were visiting the Naval Academy, and you could walk or take a very short drive (just a couple of minutes). The staff were very friendly. I ran into a small issue during the stay, and addressed it with the staff, who immediately acted and made it right. Highly recommended. Make sure to swing down for breakfast, food was GREAT and that staff were very kind. The management even follow up with me to make sure everything was good. Again, this was a small issues and handled with genuine care.
