their dishonesty. we followed all instructions by informing them as soon as booked of our late check in. even the email confirmation says “ If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.” despite informing them of our late check in they proceeded to cancel our booking, leaving us at 8pm to find alternative accommodation on a cold, wet night in the alps, and without having the decency to refund us. i wonder how much money they make cancelling guests without a refund.

Before arrive we worried a bit reading some review on this place about noise and services attitude but then we were completely satisfied with services here. Big thanks to Melany who took care of us kindly guiding through all facilities and bringing very nice breakfast in next morning with the best croissants and baguettes . Steam bath was gorgeous, all stuffs were good quality. But honestly there is something can be added to make it all perfect to be 5*, for example a piece of cheese comes with breakfast, the kitchenwares could be cleaner. Anyway we really enjoyed staying here and would do it again when there is a chance.

Everything inside this place is beautifully made in real oak. All kitchen equipment etc. in top quality. The only annoying thing is that you are asked to pay 300 Euro as a security - which is nothing but telling your guests that you expect them to break or steal things.

Thinking it would be nice to stay in the Old Town of Annecy I booked 4 nights accommodation at Les Loges for our visit in July of 2022. The accommodation was for my husband and I and our daughter (3 Adults). The website advertised that the Deluxe Duplex Room could accommodate 4 people and the image on the website shows a very roomy space (Don't be fooled by it). The website would only allow me to book for 2 so just to make sure that the property could accommodate 3 of us in that room I called and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that there was plenty of room for the 3 of us and it could accommodate a family of 4. On arrival we were taken to the room by a lovely lady and on entering she proceeded to show us around - the 3 of us were taken back as soon as we walked into the room and were basically rendered speechless. The lounge room was jammed packed with furniture - so much so the 3 of us could hardly move we had to squeeze between the furniture. the kitchen was like a dark box and upstairs there was a tiny bedroom. I asked the assistant where our daughter was going to sleep and she said on the pull out lounge downstairs, to tell you the truth we hadn't even noticed a pull out lounge as there was so much other junk everywhere - there wasn't enough room to pull out the lounge without moving heavy furniture. We had 2 suitcases each and there was absolutely no room to open these so we piled out bags on top of each other and took turns at opening our bags and getting what we needed. The assistant told me that we would receive a small breakfast and this would only be enough for 2 - if we wanted a 3rd breakfast we would have to pay extra. We were all hesitant to sit on the lounge as it was filthy with stains and the kitchen felt grubby and not cleaned properly. After our first afternoon and night there we decided it was so impractical to stay there and it would basically ruin our time in Annecy. I advised the lady by msg that we would be leaving the next day and she came back saying 'actually for 3 adults it's not very comfortable' and that she was going to speak to her supervisor - we never heard another thing!! Should I have not been reassured over the phone when booking that there was plenty of room for 4 people we may have been a bit forgiving and put up with the state of the apartment however they basically did't admit that it was going to be way too small and were happy to take our money. We ended up booking for the other 3 nights at the Rivage Hotel & Spa which was amazing - wonderful facilities, great rooms and they can't do enough for you - plus it is only a short walk to the Old Town. I would highly recommend you do yourself a favour and consider the Rivage. Should you want to stay in the Old Town don't even risk booking at Les Loges I have been advised there are other lovely places. Appart’ hôtel bien situé. Parking à proximité. Bâtiment rénové avec soins, Super déco et meubles de qualité. L’aménagement est vraiment bien pensé. L’accueil est également très sympathique. Des petites améliorations pourraient être apportées concernant la « prise en main » des lieux. Il manque un petit livret d’accueil détaillant, le mode d’emploi de la climatisation, du chauffage, de la télé, des enceintes hi-fi, du four micro ondes… Certaines ampoules et prises ne fonctionnent pas. petit-déjeuner sympa avec produits de qualité laisse dans un panier d’osier devant la porte .

L'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant du propriétaire, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, la qualité du couchage, la propreté des lieux, la qualité de la décoration et de l'ensemble des équipements mis à disposition dans l'appartement, l'emplacement idéal en plein centre de la vieille ville, la proximité du parking souterrain très bon marché, ajouté à la qualité des produits proposés dans le panier du petit déjeuner déposé chaque matin devant la porte, ont fait de notre séjour de 3 nuits un moment idyllique au cœur de la "Venise des Alpes"...Merci infiniment pour votre générosité, votre engagement et votre volonté de bien faire transpire dans chaque détail de la prestation que vous proposez!
