This hotel by no means is a 5 star hotel, no way! I've been to many 5 star hotels in different countries and now what to expect. This hotel with this level of service is a 3 star hotel max. The unfriendliest reception I've ever encountered, no sense of customer service. They de-activate your room's key card every time you leave the hotel, and I had to find this out when returning to my room at the end of the day exhausted and realizing the card wouldn't work. So I'd have to go back down to reception and they would activate it, when I asked them for an explanation all they could say was that "this can happen sometimes"... Yeah sometimes maybe, but not EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for the whole 4 nights I stayed there.. and they offered no apologies at all! The staff at the reception have the worst attitude with no sense of customer service with very limited English skills.
The breakfast was very average, again not 5 ⭐
