We have just returned Our stay at the karyatit hotel. It’s a small friendly hotel with a great location. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. The air con and WiFi are very good. The hotel booked a cab for us . We would be very happy to stay here again. The owners always on hand and is very willing to help with anything you need.

Booked 4 nights, but after 3, we left due to filthy conditions. Day 1: As we walked into the room, saw a cockroach, killed it, and assumed it was a one-off. Told the personal, and they offered an apology. The kettle was not working and rusty on the inside. No tea, coffee, or water. Day 2: After returning from a day out, the room had not been cleaned, nor were the bed sheets changed. We didn't complain and decided to rest and stock the fridge with water and opened it for the first time. It was mouldy and filthy. We didn't complain and just decided to sleep and hoped the next day would be better. Day 3: returned from another day out to our horror the room had not been cleaned yet again and this time I found lots of cockroaches. I tried to hide it from my family and tried to distract them so I could deal with it the following day. I don't like confrontations, but this was really testing my patience. Day 4: Our little of was bitten many times overnight, and this was it. We decided to leave the hotel and after packing up our belonging. I approached the receptionist and advised her to escort me to the room and showed her the filthy conditions. She could only offer an apology and expressed her surprise that the room had not been cleaned. I advised her we were checking out earlier than our booking due to the uninhabitable conditions. Conclusion: paid for 4 nights, stayed for 3. In hindsight, we should have just walked out on the first day, but after a journey of 12 hours, my judgment might have been clouded. No refund or alternative arrangements offered. All in an extremely disappointed and it really ruined our much awaited hard earned family holiday.

VERY SMALL rooms. Barely room to put bags or move around. It looks cute outside but not much room. Pool is tiny too. The location is good, easy walk to the waterfront and old city. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast is typical for all hotels in Turkey.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in July 2022. It is very conveniently located close to the heart of Antalya, with easy access to the port, and many excursions. The hospitality of our hosts was outstanding, including always being available to open the door even late at night, and storing our luggage for the day after we checked out. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented, and having a quiet beer beside the swimming pool a real pleasure. The rooms were air-conditioned, and simple but comfortable, with everything we needed. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and happily stay there again.

I loved that this hotel is located in the heart of the old city. The staff are extremely helpful and nice, and the rooms are clean albeit too small. Still, our stay was pleasant and I will definitely stay here if I ever get the chance to visit to antalya again.
