The hotel makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed. And the breakfast is really Turkish style. The manager is really helpful and nice . It's good to have them in turkey. The staff will do their best to help. Whatever they will do everything to help.

Hotel isymt super schön und neu. Aber der Service ist gleich null, noch nie sowas desintressiertes gesehen.

Me and my husband stayed here for a week, it’s such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, food and drinks top notch. Karina at the reception will welcome you with smile and very friendly and helpful. Young man behind the bar who made some delicious cocktails 🍹 for me. Gentleman in breakfast area is always very helpful. Food in hotel is 5* and very reasonable. Hotel is very spotless, Poole looks amazing though it was so cold so we didn’t use it. Can’t wait to return again in April. Keep the great work going. 👌🏻😊

Breakfast was very nice every morning. The staff were very amenable and welcoming. The hotel rooms were also nice—you could see it's a newer hotel. I appreciated the cleaning status system on the hotel room doors. Only one hiccup, though - I ordered some chicken at the restaurant in an ad hoc manner after arriving quite late, at 21:30. The chicken I ordered was served to me raw. The server took a picture of it and took the whole plate back to the kitchen. To my amazement, they just reheated the same chicken and served the exact same plate back to me, and still put it on my room's tab. Are you serious? My tip to you is not to eat at the hotel other than for breakfast.

The air conditioning was broken across the entire floor in the middle of summer, and the rooms smelled of fresh paint. They moved us to three different rooms, all with the same issue—the rooms couldn’t be cooled. Rather than fixing the AC, they suggested keeping the balcony door open. I wouldn’t trust this place." **Russian:** "Отель не оправдал ожиданий. Менеджер оказался нечестным, обещал бесплатную отмену бронирования, но позже отказался от своих слов. Летом кондиционер не работал на всем этаже, и комнаты пахли свежей краской. Нас перевели в три разных номера, но проблема оставалась той же – комнаты не охлаждались. Вместо ремонта кондиционера нам предложили не закрывать балконную дверь. Не рекомендую доверять этому отелю." **German:** "Das Hotel war eine große Enttäuschung. Der Manager ist ein Betrüger – er versprach eine kostenlose Stornierung und hielt sich nicht an seine Zusage. Die Klimaanlage war auf dem gesamten Stockwerk im Sommer defekt, und die Zimmer stanken nach frischer Farbe. Wir wurden in drei verschiedene Zimmer verlegt, alle hatten dasselbe Problem – die Zimmer konnten nicht gekühlt werden. Statt die Klimaanlage zu reparieren, wurde uns geraten, die Balkontür offen zu lassen. Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig." **French:** "L'hôtel était très décevant. Le directeur est malhonnête : il avait promis une annulation gratuite, mais a ensuite changé d'avis. La climatisation était en panne sur tout l'étage en plein été, et les chambres sentaient la peinture fraîche. A éviter absolument." **Arabic:** "الفندق مخيب للآمال للغاية. المدير محتال؛ وعد بإلغاء مجاني، ثم تراجع عن كلامه. مكيف الهواء كان معطلاً في كامل الطابق خلال فصل الصيف، والغرف كانت تفوح منها رائحة الطلاء الجديد. نقلونا إلى ثلاث غرف مختلفة، ولكن كانت المشكلة نفسها - لم يكن بالإمكان تبريد الغرف. وبدلاً من إصلاح التكييف، اقترحوا ترك باب الشرفة مفتوحاً. لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا المكان."

Absolutely fanbloodytastic !!!! We all loved it . So lovely and clean . All staff , bar and reception so so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble . Bar prices were reasonable . Very helpful if wanted any information on where to go , taxis etc . Good for changing money too at reception . Cannot say a bad word about it . Keep up the good work guys . Hope to c u next year . Thank u for helping to make our holiday amazing . 🫶

Awen is a lovely hotel Staff were so nice and did everything to accommodate your every need. We upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. Night staff were unreal. They could not do enough to help with taxi's and places to go to eat. They advised us on payment for taxi's to and from different locations Always make them use their meter and so on. We arrived back to our room one day only to fine a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Complements of the hotel. My only problem was breakfast 🙄 But it's a very new hotel so it will give them time to change as it was very repetitive I give hotel and staff a 5* Will definitely be back .

This hotel was fantastic spotleess comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from Staff couldn’t do enough to help you extreamley attentive will come around the pool often asking if you want drinks and also will bring them out to you if you do order at the bar drinks not expensive average price for turkey. Spa Turkish bath massage wow best I’ve had ever Rooms great comfy beds lovely bathrooms daily cleaning and changing if that is what you want. Good size balcony great for that first coffee in the morning we could see the sea from our room. Only little walk to beach which they have a private area if you want to stay in that part. Lots of water sports available at beach you can book trips in the hotel but there is a stall just around the corner that has many trips and experiences also. We are going back again next year we loved it that much There are no bad points it was FANTASTIC

Very good hotel would recommend it to anybody rooms excellent cleaners hygienic staff very friendly food. Excellent swimming pool also excellent everything about this hotel it’s something where you want to stay Very good location everything nearby and good value we have to come to turkey in a few months will deafly stay here again. deafly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Awen Hotel Antalya, located very close to Antalya Airport in the Antalya Lara region. We stayed in a Sea View Superior room with a magnificent view, professional service, and comfortable rooms. I commend all the staff. Great Service, great foods!

The worst part of our trip was staying at this hotel. The service was dreadful, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs. We even had items go missing from our room, which was the final straw. I do not recommend this hotel. Never visit this hotel... stay far

Hotel çok yeni içerdeki mobilyalar daha hiç kullanılmamış gibi Havaalanına çok yakın diye kaldık 1 gece çok memnun kaldık birdahaki gelişimizde daha çok zaman geçirmek isteriz . Çalışanlar çok saygılı ve ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Berlin den selamlar başarılarınız daim olsun ve ÇİZGİ niz hiç bozulmasın.
