RuinAdalia Hotel - Adult Only recensioner

Staff was really good. Only thing I don’t like , I asked them before landing there , that I don’t want 1st floor room. And they gave me exactly first floor room.

Nice and helpful staff; clean, cozy and spacious room; comfortable environment. Near the bar, a bit noisy at night, but will stop after 01:00. In general, also highly recommended!

Rich heritage and interesting place to stay

We absolutely loved it!! Everything was perfection!!! We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. It was very clean and private. The staff was friendly and hospitable and it is centrally located in the old town of Antalya. I would stay here again! I will definitely tell my friends to stay here if they have the chance.

Hotel is well located, nice decoration, nice environment; everything is great in terms of ambiance! HOWEVER, there used to be by far the worst hotel service I have ever experienced: Only one bottle of water on the day of arrival! No bottled; no water kettle! If you want water? Yeah, you need to “order it”! Ok, then we bought the bottled water ourselves, the cleaning service even took the cups away!!! Only one cup( for tooth brush) in the room. What? We need to order the cups now?? Or you want to me to drink out of the bottle?? One of the hotel stuff was quite arrogant , when we asked for something, he just said “I don’t have anything “! Fine, it is perfectly ok if you don’t havey, BUT IT IS YOUR JOB to try to help!!! I don’t need a boss to give me instructions when I book a hotel!!!

Central location, cute cats, nice room, has very good warm / hot water for shower in winter , but the air con doesn’t work well. Overall still love this place:))

Great service and nice environment. Had all the amenities you need and location the heart of the old city where a morming stroll brought me to many tourist spots.

AC kept turning on automatically even though I turned it off, and no tissues in tissue box provided. Location is great, very clean, good size rooms and helpful staff

Here’s a petition to stay away from RuinAdalia(atleast if you are an international traveller) We travelled across Turkey and most of the hotels we stayed in were excellent in service except this one. Location is in the old town, and if you are travelling from abroad with luggage(s) you are better taking a sea-front accommodation. This will save you few hundred dollars, plus you don’t have to drag your bags on cobbled streets within a labyrinth. Additionally RuinAdalia will most likely give you a room next to the street so the night sleep is going to be nonexistent. The saving grace? It looks pretty but if you arrive without bags after dinner you will most likely be rudely stopped by the staff(blatant liars too) who I guess prefer the pounds splurging tourists. And then although the rooms are decent but for the price you pay which is easily 2 times more than the hotels nearby, there is not basic amenities for you. Everything is commercial trying to squeeze you out of your money. There’s no iron in your room coz obviously then you have to use the laundry service. No hot water kettle too coz obviously you need to buy from the cafe. No drinking water too. Look elsewhere if you want to have a peaceful stay in Antalya. Wish we knew better, never coming back.

這家酒店的優點和缺點都很明顯。 優點：環境優美、地理位置方便。酒店本身是一座老房子，建築歷史悠久、花園和泳池很漂亮。坐落於古城，遊玩特別方便。 缺點：衞生一般、設施陳舊、隔音差。洗澡的時候發現浴室裏還有之前客人留下來的毛髮，房間的窗簾也很破舊。 工作人員的態度很好。早餐一般。 雖然在老城區，但是有自己的車庫，停車還算方便。建議導航sefa hamam Turkish bath直接到停車庫，直接導航酒店會被谷歌導航到無法過車的小巷子。

Все было отлично, как на фото! В прохладное время года, конечно лучше чтобы до приезда гостей, включали обогрев в номере.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 5 раз . Это прекрасный отель в самом сердце Истории. Стиль, сервис, внутренний дворик- всегда было идеально . К сожалению, в это проживание хочу отметить грязный пол в номере при заселении (волосы и пыль на полу), заметно, что в ванных комнатах нужно делать ремонт …Это мой любимый отель в Анталии, хочется чтобы уделили внимание этому отзыву и были только лучше и лучше .

房間整體一般吧，在小鎮裏算不錯的，但是早餐非常一般，服務不怎麼樣，中規中矩的酒店，價格較貴，算安靜整潔。
