Mai Inci Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever experienced. We paid extra money for rooms with windows, and they didn’t remain the rooms for us. Though they refunded us some money, I am still angry for that. At night, I found they didn’t provide the blanket and told them. The first time they send are dirty. The second time they send to me, they look as if I am making things difficult for them. I pointed the blood spot on the blanket and they said nothing. The only information I leave for later people is to choose other hotels.

Such an excellent hotel with excellent service very close to the city centre

I am afraid I cannot make any comment since the room that we reserved was occupied by someone else , they had to transfer us to the hotel next door which was of the lower grade. We were not offered any compensation for our inconvenience.

Clean accommodation with good location that made us feel free in going here and there inside old city of Antalya.
