Customer service is terrible, no accommodation for the customer. Terrible rooms!! Bad advertisement for the rooms, it is not what it shows. The receptionist is not understanding at all. The bathrooms are shared with an entire floor as opposed to one room as advertised. Do not recommend at all.

The receptionist was awfully rude to me, he doesn't know anything about customer service, he just said it was my fault and I can just live it with, I booked on the website at 12am and it put it for the day before which was already done so I went and said that the website put the wrong dates and he was just rude yelling at me like I'm his daughter, if you want to be treated like a decent human being then stay away for this hotel!

Nice consept, cosy place. Center of romantic old castle town of Antalya. Place is a bit tricky to find but navigating through is ok. Only downside is a bit noisy at night and early morning. They had very nice Turkish breakfast and tea. Ideal for couples, students or alone travelers

Boutique Hotel in the heart of the old town. Easy walk to bars restaurants and the harbour. Very quiant and pleasantly decorated with some lovely touches. Towelling robes provided, fruit plate provided every day. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and plentiful. The only negatives we had were the two very noisy pub/clubs next door to the hotel which blasted music (heavy metal type) until the early hours. So if a good night's sleep us a priority this may not be the place for you. Plus our room was not cleaned the entire 3 night stay. Not even the bins emptied, which given they ask you not to flush loo paper was frankly a bit gross. On reflection we should have queried this with them as they likely would have sorted it given how helpful they were in other areas.

This hotel is like a art is amazing .very nice location very kind staff and plus everything they use in the room is high class even I want to buy one towel to take 😀 only thinks if u alone that room kind of small but other than this everything is perfect if I ever come back here with my girlfriend I will definitely book a big room and enjoy the hotel . Specially thank to mr .Ugur he is very kind and ready to helpful.

It was so hot outside, we were lost and asked the host to stay for a little bit in the hotel, he allowed us and even has given some chocolate and water🫶🏻 appreciate such nice people🧡 Also, I noticed the nice interior and warm atmosphere at this place, so I recommend😉

The hotel has an amazing theme with everything set to perfection. It was very clean and smelt great The problems 1) if your on the ground floor it's very noisy and the bathroom is transparent into the resturant so a little awkward 2) the room is super super small 3) the front desk will tell you they will send you to a traditional Haman and for a good price and compared to the rest around the area it is a better price HOWEVER it is tourist prices. A traditional one should be around 20 CAN or around 10-15 Euros so don't get scammed for that

What a delightful hidden treasure (Especially if you've read the books - which are available in many languages). Every room is named after the characters, all individually furnished. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I had the priviledge of meeting the owner and spending time chatting in the brighly decorated outside area over a bottle of fabulous South African wine and carefully prepared fresh snacks. Listening to his fascinating story of his hotel's dream/vision and the coming into fruition and completion. It's fairly new. The breakfast area is bright and airy and the breakfasts suit any nationality and are freshly prepared.
