Great Hotel it's like staying on your own apartment but with the plus of having a restaurant at the top of the building where if you included breakfast on your booking, you can have it there, and they will clean your room/bathroom and tidy up the bed every day. The great plus is that you have a kitchen, microwave, oven, mini frigo bar, water heater, and even plates, knives/forks/spoons, glasses and wine cups. You can either go out to dinner or cook by yourself on your room. For the same price this extras i think make it worthy over other hotels in

Nice architecture and location but could improve the faculties! My window room couldn’t get closed and bathroom had an issue ! Disappointed, my preferences weren’t taken into account ( not nosy room far from elevator ) Breakfast was good and with a fantastic view .

The front Desk Crew was awfull. Rude and with a terrible personal presentation. The hotel ask for a guarantee value. I understand that the polítics are according directives desicions but those must be clear in the pre booking process. Not happens in this case. And if you dont have a Credit card.... take a escandalous amount of Cash... Otherwise... Lose your money.

This is apartment hotel. Room and infra are good. However, the staff is hopeless. They are rude, not ready to listen and do not want to own any responsibility. Also, the processes are not in place to handle requirement of international travelers like booking . cancellation etc. Not knowing Spanish is another challenge but this is understandable.

Agradecer la amabilidad, preocupación, gestión y ocupación de la Señorita Valentina por un inconveniente que tuvimos. Muy buen lugar, el personal muy amable y preocupado, cerca del mall. Todo lo necesario para una muy buena estadía. 100 % recomendable

Excelente atención y bien ubicado ...llegue por casualidad pero fue una grata sorpresa. Discretos pero muy cordiales, asunto que para mí es más que importante . Lo recomie do para quienes pasen por la ciudad y quieran llevarse una grata atención

Für diesen Preis kann man wirklich nichts sagen. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hotel liegt gegenüber der Mall. Parking in der Tiefgarage kostet USD 8 pro Nacht. Einzig sehr wenig Aufzüge, die immer besetzt sind, da es im gleichen Gebäude noch Wohnungen gibt. Vorhänge rochen etwas nach Staub, sonst eigentlich sauber

La habitación es perfecta tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Todo súper limpio y ordenado. La vista es espectacular tanto desde la habitación como desde el último piso. Tuve un inconveniente a mi llegada pero Kathy de recepción me ayudó muchísimo. Excelente calidad humana y atención. Si pudiera dar más estrellas las daría. Todo extraordinario. Sin lugar a dudas volvería.

Fue una buena experiencia, el hotel da muy bien servido cómoda las habitación,la vista al mar hermosa, diría que fue una experiencia bonita, agradable y muy cómoda, el área del buffet súper organizado y muy rica comida para finalizar,la atención de la dama katherin Barraza
