Good service, nice environment, tasty welcome cookies, but location is around half and hour from the town. Overall is good.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly! Give us suggestions on how to get around places! Hotel are clean!

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

Beautiful hotel located near Changbaishan North Scenic Area. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service from Changbaishan High-speed railway station. The room is very clean and functional. Buffet breakfast is delicious. We had a great time here!

Great place to stay, has complimentary transport up changbai mountain. James has been of great service and made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely come back to this hotel to stay in the future!

Extremely warm and friendly service. Top-notch accommodation that will make you feel very pampered and relaxed. The Linxi Hot Spring and North Slope VIP package is extremely good value!

A really comfortable room with a balcony and a nice view of trees. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and some of the staff spoke English which was nice as my Chinese is very limited. Staff can help you book travel to nearby places of interest. There is transport available to and from the train station. The breakfast was really good and snacks are delivered to your room in the afternoon.

The Double Tree by Hilton is a great location to visit Changbeishan Mountain north slope. The hotel offers Pick up service from the railway and VIP service to get to Tianchi. That is great. The hot spring nearby is very relaxing. Special thanks to Rainy she was of great help and support during our stay.

Lucky Liu provided excellent service and was very helpful. The hotel was great, and I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path in the middle of the forest, which made it all the more enjoyable for us. Excellent access to the forest for a walk, as well as the hot springs right next door. We also enjoyed our trip to the mountain, particularly also thanks to Eric, who was extremely helpful and gave us very good pointers for how to handle the extreme cold near the lake in the middle of February.

I was very Impressed and overwhelmed by the Service and the friendly hospitality of this place. I was picked up by staff at the train Station, welcomed with a warm cookie, and a Snack in a beautiful bag. Dinner was great, breakfast delicious. Rainy helfen us with the app to book Tickets for the Changbaishan and never tired to answer questions. Particularly wonderful were the Hot springs, relaxen and soothing. I will most definitiv return! We were here as a Family with a baby. Eric from the Hotel was a huge help to organise trip to the Mountain and was super helpful with all needs we had with our baby. Service is really good even when you can‘t speak Chinese you get all the tips you need in this hotel.

Nice stay

因為之前在酒店住的非常開心，就又續住了一晚家庭房。酒店的餐廳還可以，小朋友每餐都要在餐廳吃，菜品每餐有少量調整。家有腸胃不好的小朋友，餐廳早晚都有小米粥真是太棒了，一看就是沒有添加劑的小米粥，熬得火候很好。小烤串很好吃，小朋友喜歡吃，玉米粒如果刷一層糖漿就更好了。温泉也不錯，就是游泳池有點小。坐酒店的車去天池，下車之後走哪個口入，如果能指示的清楚一些就更好。
