Mercure Changbai Mountain North

Brand New hotel near changbaisan railway station. Have transfer from railway station to hotel so comfortable. Helpful staffs and good service upgrade room for us Have convenience store and food near hotel Breakfast delicious have washing machine use free. Have snow everywhere very exciting for my childs

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

The location isn’t the closest to the attractions unless you have a driver, but aside from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic! As a total clean freak, I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless! The service and facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. 长白山 was the first stop of our trip, and it has definitely set the bar high for the rest of our journey!

很不錯的一家美居酒店（華住會），很新，看着酒店內部各處都很舒適。前台幾位同事都很熱情認真，介紹周邊好吃的和土產店。大廳佈置有特色（壁畫是購買的版權），有文藝氣息，有咖啡和茶包，還有人蔘煮水。早餐也很好，品種數量都足夠吃了，富有地域特點（米腸，牛肉湯飯鮮族小鹹菜，筋餅等，烤白薯也好吃），質量也非常好。酒店不在鎮子中心，這樣最好，清凈，且有足夠大的停車場，適合自駕。為等待適合天氣上山，連住好幾天。鎮子裏二道河邊看看秋景，吃一次鐵鍋燉魚和人蔘雞湯，天涼了都很適合。下次來，換個季節，還可以繼續入住。

酒店大堂布置温馨，房間設施齊全。位置距離恩都裏，雲頂市集，秋沙鴨公園，長白山北景區遊客集散中心不太遠，自駕比較方便，門口有停車場。早餐品種多，還有一些朝鮮族特色食物。前台服務態度很好，升級了房型，窗户外有個草坪坡。
