The hostel's locatiin is perfect. It was very clean and tidy, for these points, I highly recommend them. It's located next to a main road, si olease expect some noises, particularly in the evening. Would've been better if they provide soap, shampoo and handsoap for the dormitory as well.

アントワープを1日観光するために予約しました。ロケーションとしてはアントワープの観光中心地や中央駅まで徒歩圏内で（私は結構歩いちゃう派なので30分くらいは徒歩圏内です…）私が利用していた高速バスのバス停から近かったのも良かったです! なので、荷物預かりのサービスを利用して観光を身軽にすることができました。夜のチェックインだったのですが、玄関口が鍵がかかっていてオートチェックイン?を機械でやるようになっていました。身長160センチの私には少し高い位置にあったのと、パスポートの読み取りが上手くいかなかったために大画面でパスポート情報を入力しなければいけませんでした。また、最後に表示される部屋番号とベッド番号はすぐに消えてしまうのでお気をつけください。ただ、ホテルに併設してるbarの入り口が左手にあり、そこからカウンターの方にチェックインをお願いしている人もいました…（ただ、私が不器用なだけかもしれません…） トイレやシャワールームなどは清潔でしたが、バスマットが用意されていないため、誰かがシャワーを浴びた後は水浸しになっていました。また、タオルやスリッパ、シャンプーなどのアメニティは置いてないので、ご自分で持っていかれた方がいいと思います。ホテルのWi-Fiは問題なく接続できましたし、グランドフロアのキッチンやテーブルは使用してる人も多く、自炊しやすいのかなと思います。（私は使用する時間がありませんでした。）部屋についているロッカーは鍵をフロントで購入⁇するようなスタイルだったと思います。有料ではないかもしれませんが、とにか**のままでは利用できませんでした。

Nice Hostel with clean rooms and a large kitchen and social communal area. Tried the dorms and private rooms. The dorm rooms were nice to meet people however they get really hot and air con is definitely needed. Private rooms were spacious but they still needed a fan to keep the room cool in summer. The location was excellent, close to the Central train station. The staff here are very nice and friendly. They could keep the social areas open later as after 10pm there is nowhere to hang out apart from your room.

Positives: excellent location close to all of the city's attractions, staff welcoming and friendly, the room was cleaned well, shared kitchen is huge. Things that need improving: the mattresses were saggy in our private room, there was no hand soap at our sink (we bought our own), there was no tin opener, there was a general lack of atmosphere in the shared areas and nowhere to hang out that felt relaxing, the room was hot and attracted mosquitos! The breakfast was hectic and not really worth €10.

The ASH was very accommodating and clean. When we arrived before the 3 pm check-in time, they provided a free place to store luggage and were very helpful. My two friends and I stayed in the 18-person mixed dorms, where we encountered some issues. While this is not the hostel's fault, some of the other guests in our room were less than considerate with the amount of noise they made when returning to the room. Additionally, one of my friends was assigned a top bunk, and the guest in the bottom bunk left their belongings scattered all over the railings of her bed. Despite these challenges, overall, the ASH was a great experience. It's in a fantastic central location, and I would definitely stay here again (just maybe in a private group room next time.)

It is a pretty, modernized place very close to the train station and the city center. The workers there are lovely and very helpful even though they say that they provide breakfast and they don't. We stayed at the 8th floor and had a beautiful view and a clean room, the cupboard didn't really have a back wall but it was not necessary. They have a cool pool table and a big kitchen. The stairs are a bit creepy,a big plus. There card access system is flawless and very well made. One thing I don't understand is the horrible, artificial citrusy smell in the elevator, you guys should maybe consider a different air freshener. For the price our saty was absolutely lovely, 10/10 would visit again if I pass by Antwerpen.

The staff is very friendly and the hostel is incredibly well-located as well as clean. Excellent value for the money. They interior is great. Cozy rooms and this is everything you need it Best hostel in Antwerp. Very close to public transport, restaurants and bars. The large showers area is a big plus. Coming soon again

Das Hostel "The ASH" liegt super im Zentrum. Zu Fuß braucht man vom Hauptbahnhof weniger als 10 Minuten und auch zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten muss man nur geradeaus gehen. Es gibt genug Restaurants und Märkte in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer in den oberen Stockwerken. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Gemeinschafsräume sind sauber und vollständig ausgestattet.

Met grote groep in t hostel verbleven, Prima bedden en voorzieningen Enige negatieve wakker worden door een brand alarm en vervolgens buiten staan maar niemand die even komt vertellen of er iets aan de hand is is wel echt minder Tip kijk even naar een fatsoenlijk brand protocol!

Bij het wachten op de lijnbus(rit geschrapt) maakte ik kennis met the Ash(bar) Ik heb bijna nergens zo'n vriendelijk personeel meegemaakt. Aangename ruimte,fris en netjes, propere toiletten! Rustig en toch midden in de stad. Dus het was niet erg dat ik meer dan 30 min.moest wachten op m'n bus. Succes! Veerle

Hotel / hostal de 2 estrellas que si buscáis tranquilidad, no es vuestro sitio. La gran mayoría de habitaciones están ocupadas por estudiantes y la música y los gritos es algo habitual. En cuanto a la habitación, está bien de tamaño. El WC es nuevo y estaba muy bien. La ventana era muy grande y entraba mucha luz, y eso se agradece. Lo malo de la habitación es que las cortinas no eran opacas, y ya desde bien temprano, entraba bastante luz en la habitación. Por los marcos de la puerta, también entraba luz del pasillo (que a partir de las 00:00h podrían bajar ma intensidad de la luz). Había radiador para la calefacción, pero no aire acondicionado, y cuando daba el sol directamente en la ventana, hacía mucho calor. Un punto positivo ha sido tanto el personal como la cafetería. Siempre amables y agradables con nosotros.
