Platsen är utmärkt, men adressen för parkering är inte korrekt, så du har fel. Renlighet kan också vara bättre, främmande hårstrån på sängen är inte så bra...

Läget i centrum är utmärkt, du når Rådhustorget på 15 minuter till fots. Skotrarna finns också i hela centrum, så du är överallt. Hotellrum är bra, vi hade rum 344. Utsikt över djurparken och stationen, mycket trevligt. Sängen var perfekt sömn verkligen super synd bara att de hade inget dubbeltäcke. Dessutom var servicen också bra. Detta hotell överträffar ingenting, men du har inget att klaga på, bara ett fantastiskt hotell.

Hotell med ett idealiskt läge då du kan förvara dina tillhörigheter direkt från stationen. Vi hade ett deluxe-rum och det var rymligt och sängen var bra. Några smutsiga lådor med hår i badrummet. Personalen var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var inte riktigt värt det, äggröran smakade som vatten och lite riktigt färska produkter.

Generally is clean, location close to the train station and easy to find. Give extra credit for the comtemporary chocolate!

Kudos to staff Max & Keppel? Im not sure how to spell, they were very attentive! This hotel is super good location . Window viewing Antwerp beautiful train station. Huge , clean and has everything we need. Location is amazingg!

The hotel is very central and a short walk from the main station and street filled with restaurants and bars! We enjoyed staying here so much , we extended our stay! The hotel is nice and clean and has the necessary amenities. It is a short walk to the historical old town.

This hotel is a perfect choice for travelers visiting Antwerp! The rooms are spotless, the location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the train station—and the thoughtful touch of free apples at the entrance adds to the experience. I would definitely recommend staying here for comfort and ease!

Good location, friendly reception service,cozy environment

The hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage! This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention! The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.

The location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel. The room was spacious. Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black. It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.
