Apollo Panorama Guesthouse recensioner

Stayed here for one night, good location for seeing a lot of the Great Ocean Road and accessing Otway National Park. Check in was slightly unusual (wouldn’t recommend arriving in the dark) and house very cold when we first arrived, but heaters were good. You can hear every movement within the house but luckily the other guests were all very quiet. Stunning views in the morning made the whole stay worthwhile, lots of kangeroos grazing made for an amazing experience with a gorgeous sunrise. Would recommend for this :)

when we arrived at the accomodation, I did not know what rooms we were in, so I called the number written on the door. Would be helpful to message customer about assigned room perhaps. I am not expecting these things to work perfectly of course. When I needed to use the shower later on day of arrival, it was running only cold water. I phoned the same number again and told the guy who answered about shower. I tried it a bit later and it worked on barely warm for a few minutes, then cold again. Tried the shower again next morning but still cold. Phoned the owner again, left message for them, did not get a reply. The guests I bought with me liked the location and view from the deck, but a bit surprised the owner couldn't address the issue with shower satisfactorily. regards Mr Greenwood
