Marina Plaza Hotel, Tala Bay

Friendly staff and the food was good.

The location is nice, 15 minutes away from the center in car With a private clean beach The staff was great The rooms are cleaned everyday This is not the first time I go there It is a really nice place, I highly recommend it

Great place. Nice food and location

extremely bad experience, I do not recommend at all. My reservation was for two children and two adults through Booking. The comments were not taken into consideration, nor were the number of guests. I was not provided with a baby crib because it was not available in the hotel this is unacceptable as before my coming i inform the hotel that we are 4 and i need baby crib for my 1 year old baby. The room is not clean and the smell of the sheets is very bad. There is a person at the reception who is rude and not suitable for a receptionist.

We stayed one night at this hotel. Our room was a bit old but we enjoyed the view from our balcony very much. The pool area is very clean and the staff around the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The pool was large and clean. After a five minute stroll from the hotel you can reach the marina with a few nice restaurants (they sell molstly European food), a few shops and the beach. The view was spectacular and the food was fresh and of good quality. There is also a small supermarked which is well stocked for daily needs. Our hotel room did not have many sockets to charge your phone.

I had an quiet and comfortable stay at the hotel. It provides private access to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the garden or pool area. The breakfast buffet was good and they provide a Shutter service to the city pickup from hotel 3pm and drop off back at 8pm

Worst hotel I have stayed in. When we arrived , we were told that they were upgrading us to a superior room. 3rd floor, no lifts. Room is sooo outdated paint falling off. TV did not work, let reception know, they ignored it. Wanted to make tea, no creamer or milk, rang reception and they brought coffee and sugar, no milk. Said that creamer and milk would come tomorrow!!. Ridiculous. All staff had a face like they are sucking a lemon. No smiles or helpful. Went to the toilet and would not flush. Called reception who sent somebody who said ‘fixed’. Next trip to loo, not working, so I just lifted the cistern top and yanked it myself , had to do this each time we went to the loo. Went for a shower, no hot water and the pressure was less than the camp at Wadi Musa. Breakfast was appaling where somebody had to cook something. If out of a tin or chopping salad, was ok. Asked for an omelette, the chap put the eggs on the pan and coooked it, then added the onions, tomatoes etc wrapped it and gave me on a plate. I.e none was cooked at all. So nobody has taught them how to cook. The felafel and cauliflower was so oily ,we had to put on serviette and squueze oil out. The potatoes again were so oily bot half cooked. How they can call themselves 4 star I do not know.

There is no fitness no spa as they say on your internet site Thé rooms are clean but some have view to thé parking Not o good sand on the beach The only thing to do in this area is Scuba diving Which is vert beatiful

This holiday - five countries, multiple hotels - this was by far the worst of all. Flashy on outside and in pictures - tired and grotty room, thin towels, saggy bed. Air conditioning unit was louder than Cairo car horns on a busy day - that takes some doing! The beach club along the way had loud blaring music going till 1am. There's got to be better places to stay if you're headed to Aqaba.
