Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water.... Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe? Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel. It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

フロントで対応してくれた男性はとても丁寧で、チェックアウトの時にも「何か困ったことはなかったですか？大丈夫でしたか？」と聞いてくれました。部屋まで荷物を運んでくれたスタッフの方も、部屋の設備について丁寧に説明してくれてチェックアウトの時も「良い日をお過ごしください」と声をかけてくれました。レストランのスタッフの女性は、常に私たちのことを見ていてくれて、私達がわからない様子の時はすぐに席まできてくれました。レストランのパンは甘過ぎず、とても美味しかったです。美味しすぎて娘が服に砂糖をつけてしまった時に、女性スタッフの方がすぐに来てくれて、丁寧に吹いてきれいにしてくれました。私たちはとても快適に過ごすことができました。

Frühstück ist teuer und kann nicht direkt mit gebucht werden. Aber super Lage!

Ambiance and view is spectacular. We chose the set menu which included dessert and a drink, chicken thighs were delicious. Overall the venue is a solid 9/10, food was more of a damp squib 6.5/10. Worth visiting at least once, especially as a tourist.

Great experience at the Hotel, Beautiful environment pretty decent atmosphere. Staff members were super delightful and very helpful as well. Amazingly enjoyed the 21st floor Tea Garden it is so Beautiful. than you so much and we will visit you again. Read less

The best hotel I have ever visited, The staff are sooooo nice and welcoming from the valet, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and spa, the location is near to the city and near to a mall and park and almost everything, I will surely visit the torch Doha again

We travelled as a sport team with children and families in the group, we had a breakfast included and the whole experience was ruined by the personnel, and annoying and rude service. I can not call it service actually. The lady in charge of the Flying carpet restaurant was not able to count people per family, separated some families in an attempt to save table cleaning, relocating already seated families, absolutely inattentive and speaking back to the guests. I asked to talk to the manager but manager never showed up. Definitely not 5 stars they are claiming.

We enjoyed our short stay at The Torch Hotel in Doha while we attended the Arab Youth cup. The room was cleaned well and water and toileteries were regularly stocked. Meals were good too. It was a nice touch to have an expresso machine in the room! Thank you for a wonderful first time in Doha!
