Cute place near the beach ! Great hospitality for sure be coming back !!! 🤘

Все претензии к боссу. Забронировали один номер, дали другой. Плюнули и хотели доплатить, чтобы не спорить. Но цену назвали на 3000 больше чем этот номер стоял на тот момент на продаже. Настолько терпеть и соглашаться не было желания. Благо, что поменяли изначально предлагаемую каморку без окон и балкона на комнату в 15 кВ. Метров вместо забронированных 25. В итоге номер оказался с запахом из канализации, без уборки, без смены полотенец, ржавым холодильником. При бронировании заранее уточняйте, какой номер вам достанется! На фото/описании и в реальности - две большие разницы. Единственные плюсы - постоянно горячая вода и дружелюбный персонал ресторана. На фото - комната, которую нам предложили как 25 м2 делюкс с балконом, которую мы бронировали. Люксом тут и не пахнет )))

Ужасный отель. Приехали после длительной дороги оплатив номер ДеЛюкс, нам предложили заселиться в номер на первом этаже напротив ресепшен. Я был в шоке от этого клоповника, указав товарищам с ресепшен что у нас оплачен номер Делюкс, нам переселили на 2ой этаж. Номер без балкона, внутри гадюшник. Попросил опять другой номер, сказали ждите завтра. Ну ок, думаю переначуем как нибудь закрыв глаза. Пошел взять пивка и встретил наших ребят у которых поинтересовался как им отель. Сказали что пришлось доплатить по 2000 рупии в сутки что бы заселили на последний этаж там более менее норм и хороший вид. Вернувшись с пивом я охренел от пьяных индусов устроивших дискотеку прямо под окном. Это была последняя капля. Пошел к товарищам на ресепшен требовать нового номера, у них один ответ - завтра. Попросил вернуть деньги что жить у них не буду - позвали старшего и он начал предлагать супер номер прямо сейчас. Даже смотреть не хотелось, забрали вещи и съехали в отличный отель в 1.5 км от этого не на берегу конечно зато чисто красиво и тихо. Деньги эти обманщика сказали что вернуть не могут поскольку сайт бронирования не вернёт, обращайтесь мол туда, а мы подтвердим. Написал в поддержку там сутки помурыжили и написали что с отеля пришёл отказ. Да и ладно, зато отдохнул и сем ь дней жил как белый человек. В общем не советую связываться с этим клоповником.

Приятный отель, в пары минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Продуктовый магазин в 2 метрах от входа в отель, так же рядом есть обменник валюты и ларёк с фруктами, и аптека. До всего 1-2 минуты ходьбы 😀 Считаю идеальный вариант по месторасположению. Жил в номере без кондиционера, вентилятора оказалось абсолютно достаточно

Rahul is an excellent host. We felt incredibly comfortable with him. The room was wonderful: we had a fridge, a small balcony facing the sea, a nice bed and air conditioning. They clean every day and the whole place is very clean. Price performance is unbeatable.💪🏽😎🤘🏽

We stayed at Rahuls place for around 10 days and really enjoyed our time here. The staff is very friendly snd helpful. We loved how they took care of the garden and the plants in the patio. The outside area was always cool and looked beautiful for relaxing from the heat. Our room had a nice view and is outstandable for the price that we paid.

Good atmosphere, staffs are friendly, Breakfast is good. Rooms could've been more spacious. Rooms never looks the same as photos in their site. Hotel is nearer to beach and most of the needed things are available around hotel so good place to stay. I will suggest this place.

Rahul the owner of the property is very helpful and kind. We as usual enjoy this property. The issue with Arambol itself is the power cuts due to which AC is not Available at times but can’t blame the property for that. Recently we booked the accommodation and we didn’t like the view from the balcony and Rahul provided a sea view room and refunded the remaining amount. Who does that 😍😍😍

To begin, was planning a Goa trip sinces ages and it kept getting cancelled due to work commitments. Finally fixed the third weekend of September and booked a non refundable rate. However due some reason, couldn't make it in the booked date and thought i lost the amount paid. The hotel owner Rahul was however accomodating enough to let me postpone my stay by a week on the same price. To list a few pros: -Place is hardly 100 meters from Harmal Beach and you avoid the unnecessary hassle of renting bikes to reach the place. -Had booked a Deluxe AC room, however was floored by the view available in the third floor Premium Sea View Room. If you enjoy gazing at the ocean as much as i do go for it, the price is a bargain.

Very nice stay .near the arambol beach jus 2 min bay from the hotel staff are very nice understanding Rady to help always.they have power backup. car parking . Main market arambol walking jus 2 min.sweet lake off arambol .10 min walk .rooms are very nice

We arrived at Swati after a tiring overnight flight, if we weren’t exhausted and hadn’t prepaid we certainly wouldn’t have stayed here. When the taxi pulled up outside we had to double check that this was the same Swati Hotel that we had booked online. The entrance was more than scruffy!!! We spoke to a guest who was leaving the hotel what he thought of the hotel and the answer was “it’s ok”. We entered and checked in explaining that we understood that the room probably wouldn’t be ready as it was before check in time. One member of staff told us to return at 1pm, the next one said it would be ready in 10 minutes, the third one said 20 minutes, we hung around and were offered 2 cans of kingfisher whilst we waited. When we entered our room initial thoughts were “it’s ok “. We were eager to get out and explore, so the true feeling of the entire hotel hit us on our return. The sea view that we had paid extra for was basically a view of an air conditioning unit. The room and the whole of the outside of the hotel was filthy. All waste bins overflowing. The electric sockets were downright dangerous. We stayed the two nights that we had booked and paid for, on our last night as we returned to the hotel one of the staff told us that we had a bill “pending “. We queried it, and were told we owed for 2 kingfishers. This hotel is oversold on its website. Don’t waste your money.

The staff was very very rude, from the moment we arrived inthe hotel, it felt like, us checking in was too big of a bummer for them to handle. We had a price on booking but for some reason they charged us more per night at the reception. We had to bargain for the price and still payed about 500 more rupees that we were supposed to. At the end we payed by card and they told us the card fee was our responsability so we payed more on top of that. The room was suppoded to have kettle, it didn't. The lights in the bathroom did not work and there were broken tiles that fell from the wall and left it exposed. There was a frige that didnt't work. There was a tv that didn't work. Bed is uncomfortable. The wifi failed every 2 minutes. It felt that after our interaction in te check-in they purposefully put us in the worst room they knew they had, dpecislly considering it wasn't the building advertised on the pictures. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay. Normally bad accomodations make themselves up by having nice hosts, not the case here. Not comfortable, horrible experience. Put your money to brtter use.

We booked luxury sea view room, the room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast which is included in itenary is good lunch & dinner is tasty and available till 10 PM Our 4 yrs old kid enjoyed the bed and bathtub. Fridge is available Near to beach, 2 - 3 walk, many food outlets available nearby towards main road. Cons : Kettle is not available, hot water isn't with temperature control, some times its very hot, need to be really alert and cautious, if you are traveling with kid. There is no lift , however staff helped with our luggage till 4th Floor,

We stayed in the sea view room and the room was so tidy, posh looking and had AC, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, balcony and excellent sea view.. The staff is so friendly. There are many shops nearby. Arambol beach is at walkable distance from the hotel.. Overall the hotel stay was easy, satisfying and cost effective..
