A little outdated but it was clean and kept up. Their service was kind a helpful. If your looking for a decent place to lay your head down for the night, this place isn't bad for the price.

The bathroom tubs drain stopper did not close all the way. The tv remote did not work. Called front desk and they said someone would look at them after we left. They could not do anything for us at the time. I Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was decent, clean. Comfortable, but a little worn. Great breakfast. Overall a good stay. We would stay again. The check in host was very personable and kind.

Everything as good as expected, including clean room & reasonable breakfast, except for the unexpected allocation of room type: prepaid & booked months in advance for a "Standard Queen Bed", but having to stay in a " Standard Double Bed" room, due to an assignment mistake...

This is a very good Motel for the price. The admission process was facilitated by the staff, the room was reasonable and presentable, and the breakfast was very good. It’s all you can ask for in a quick overnight stop over! I would definitely stay there again

The service was good. They are in the middle of remodeling rooms, so the main part if the room was brand new. The bathroom tub had not been changed out and had stains and mold in spots. It also lacked a plug. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We are familar with the quick breakfast offered at motels. The coffee was undrinkable. There was only fruit loop cereal, and toast offered. We found no fresh fruit. There had been orange juice but the pitcher iwas empty. No eggs, breakfast sandwhich, ypgurt. There was waffles and syrup.

Undergoing soft refurbishment at time i stayed Room was recently refreshed, very clean, very comfortable Generous size rooms Friendly check in and out Plenty of parking free Wifi worked well Walls are thin, can hear everything! didn't go to complimentary breakfast Heater didn't work and no extra blanket No elevator Overall, pretty good!

We slept in the upgraded king room. It was nice, comfy, and clean. The people are always good here. We usually stay here if we come to Arcata. We are from Smith River. it sure was a nice day this weekend. in our comfortable room on the top floor, very quiet.
